We are implementing Wrike across our company in order to help with tracking and executing our projects. I selected Wrike because of its compatibility with Microsoft Project, the way it integrates into our current project process, and the many ways with which people can interact with their tasks (online, on their mobiles and via Microsoft Outlook). I haven't given Wrike 5 stars for a few reasons:
1. learning to use the Wrike basics is quick and easy, but learning to use it to its best is taking some trial and error
2. Reporting can be a little spotty - we haven't upgraded to Enterprise edition, and the exporting of filtered dashboard views still takes some manual intervention to get it into an acceptable format, with the 'right' information for the Executives (haven't managed to crack this yet).
On the plus side, it's simple and easy to use and administer. The help section is comprehensive so you can find the answers to most things, and the online chat help is excellent.
