We recently deployed Wrike for the communications and marketing team of my mid-sized organization. In addition to easing the project-management burden and preventing any tasks from getting lost or overlooked, it has had the added benefit of allowing us to create a baseline for project capacity - we've got the receipts! - and set priorities accordingly.

I've been using Wrike since 2014 when I ran my own business. Since then I've brought it to 3 companies who have now adopted it. I can't imagine how we would manage our day to day tasks without it. It currently manages our marketing activity, new product development and business strategy activity. If I had my way all departments would use it but it's taking a little time to get all users on board. I absolutely love the way it is constantly being developed and added to. Well done Wrike - You've made me look very good here :)

We are using Wrike since more than 5 years. Wrike is very useful tool for managing projects and tasks which makes your work easier and more effective and it helps the department in our company to keep organized. It is flexible and powerful, tasks can be easily categorized to allow you to handle your work in a variety of ways. The communication between other departments in our company is much better and helps to get things done more effectively.

What do you like best? Wrike is great for planning out projects and creating all of the associated tasks and milestones. It's also great with the dependencies between the tasks so I can see critical paths. The descriptions in the tasks make it easy to keep everything in one place - Wrike is my go-to. What do you dislike? There should be a way for the system to automatically prioritize your pipeline/folders. Right now if my #2 project changes priorities I have to go in and renumber all of the projects below it. There also isn't a way to plan a task for the middle of a day. If I know a team member won't execute and complete a task until the afternoon, I can't drag the task to the afternoon. I have to make it all day or have a dependent task occur in the morning of that same day (which isn't always the case with my projects). What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work in project management in operations. Wrike helps me backlog projects and keep a current pipeline to make sure I can keep track of all the projects we're currently running, and projects we want to tackle in the future

I work as a project manager at a digital marketing and public relations firm and we use Wrike to manage all of our clients' projects including blogs, emails, website management, etc. Wrike has completely streamlined the way we do things including building out project timelines, internal communication on projects and ensuring every deadline is hit. As a project manager, Wrike allows me to quickly and easily check the status on every project that I manage and check in with people when things look off-track. Wrike is a lifesaver!

- What are the features you like most in Wrike? actually are two features, The easy way to create tasks and the view of the project, it is like to see any normal explorer of any system, and also you can delegate some of the task to your team in very easy way after create the tasks - What are some of your favorite Wrike updates? Well when you give the redfoo skin desktop... :) - What would you add to Wrike features? the way to handle it inventories, but its very hard to integrate, so this will take the easier way to use wrike, to the system. - Who would take advantage of using Wrike? the advantage it is for evryone, for project administrators, operative guys, technicians, all the team, that had to plan and do the project, - How did Wrike change the way you work? Wrike is our one stop shop for any of our projects. Anyone in our organization can request a project using our custom templates. So much of the process is automated which helps save time and stress. Wrike helps us organize timelines and resources to get everything accomplished. Wrike also allows for total visibility, empowering everyone on our team.

I created a report of Overdue and Due Today tasks, this is basically my To Do list for the day. Also the option to add dependencies is great, but just updating a date, I can inform the stakeholders of new End Date and even run scenarios. I also like Mass Edits and be able to share one task in different projects and save time. I would like to see an option to duplicate several tasks at the same time, not going one by one. Also, not sure why, but the dependencies not always give me the same options of Finish to Start, etc., only like Finish to Finish or Start to Start which doesn't help. And yes, I keep recommending Wrike to all my colleagues, I've actually trained several of them and they are using it and loving it.

It's been an amazing way to organize all the projects and tasks our whole company submits. It's provided transparency and visibility to our whole company - they can see which tasks are being worked on and where their specific task/project is in the backlog or queue. There are lots of features and fields that can be used an enabled on the tasks. The different views is also PERFECT feature and I can switch views depending on the projects I'm working on.

Very easy to get used to and use, and very flexible so can be used in multiple ways depending on how you work. Some of the features aren't 100% there how our team like it at the moment but Wrike has helped with workaround solutions until a more permanent step is in place. The account teams are very helpful and so polite and useful, and being able to submit your own thoughts in a community way is really nice and makes it great to work on to see how other people are using Wrike too.

Wrike has made project flow easier and more timely. Previous to Wrike, we depended on email - and when we are also getting emails from hundreds of clients, it's difficult to ferret out the team emails. Now, I open Wrike first thing everyday and depend on it to manage my priorities (tasks and projects).

Managing our IT workflow has gotten so much easier since we started using Wrike. The former method for tracking projects and knowledge was the old-fashioned spreadsheets and text document on the server approach. Now that we have loaded in all of our projects, invited our colleagues as collaborators, designed custom workflows, the process practically runs itself. The constant improvements and updates by Wrike are always welcome and continue to make our jobs that much easier. Things are actually getting completed now, and not lost in the abyss like they were before.

Wrike is a flexible, online project/task management tool and it's great. We use it for on/off-shore agile development team management, internal team day-to-day task management and marketing project task management for our clients. It's flexible enough to manage the different teams needs but consistent enough that cross-team communication is easy.

Wrike has made our job bag system easier to use and quicker to implement. Going from a paper-based workflow to digital was a huge jump, but Wrike made it easy

Before Wrike you needed to be a master at navigating though the endless sea of email chains, phone calls/voicemails, conversations happening at passing or a quick stop at one's desk. I wouldn't say it was utter chaos but things fell through the cracks. Wrike gave my team and its higher level project business owner's a platform that cleared all of that up and gave us the transparency and accountability we needed to become more successful. From project templates to request forms and meeting discussion everything happens within the system with little deviation. After setting our standards for operations within the system things started to run a lot smoother and we could focus more on doing great work.
