What do you like best? Wrike is great for planning out projects and creating all of the associated tasks and milestones. It's also great with the dependencies between the tasks so I can see critical paths. The descriptions in the tasks make it easy to keep everything in one place - Wrike is my go-to. What do you dislike? There should be a way for the system to automatically prioritize your pipeline/folders. Right now if my #2 project changes priorities I have to go in and renumber all of the projects below it. There also isn't a way to plan a task for the middle of a day. If I know a team member won't execute and complete a task until the afternoon, I can't drag the task to the afternoon. I have to make it all day or have a dependent task occur in the morning of that same day (which isn't always the case with my projects). What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work in project management in operations. Wrike helps me backlog projects and keep a current pipeline to make sure I can keep track of all the projects we're currently running, and projects we want to tackle in the future

I created a report of Overdue and Due Today tasks, this is basically my To Do list for the day. Also the option to add dependencies is great, but just updating a date, I can inform the stakeholders of new End Date and even run scenarios. I also like Mass Edits and be able to share one task in different projects and save time. I would like to see an option to duplicate several tasks at the same time, not going one by one. Also, not sure why, but the dependencies not always give me the same options of Finish to Start, etc., only like Finish to Finish or Start to Start which doesn't help. And yes, I keep recommending Wrike to all my colleagues, I've actually trained several of them and they are using it and loving it.

Very easy to get used to and use, and very flexible so can be used in multiple ways depending on how you work. Some of the features aren't 100% there how our team like it at the moment but Wrike has helped with workaround solutions until a more permanent step is in place. The account teams are very helpful and so polite and useful, and being able to submit your own thoughts in a community way is really nice and makes it great to work on to see how other people are using Wrike too.

Wrike brings order to chaos. Our department handles hundreds of tasks and Wrike allows us to assign priority, include important project details, communicate, and track our progress. When used to to it's potential Wrike can automate repetitive task, automatically provided status reports, and track initiatives through setting up custom fields. Their customer service team is helpful and responsive. I have requested a feature which has been noted as a good enhancement and will be programmed in the future. Responsive customer service is like having another employee on your team! Wrike brings order and efficiency to our team. Wrike is the start, middle and end of all projects. Post analysis of annual projects allows our team to better plan for future projects. I would rate Wrike as a 4.5 if I could.

It's almost a year now. Wrike helped us to allocate resources, track our expenses, organize inspections and shipping schedules in a different and more comfortable way, as well as it is used in maintenance of several hundreds of our projects. And the best thing is that Wrike functionality is evolving fast.

Being in a deadline driven environment, Wrike adds a layer of accountability to our team. Each day the team comes in to work, logs into Wrike, and immediately knows what tasks they need to work on for that day. The automation from wufoo, through zapier has helped us to become more automated.

Wrike is a great tool for collaboration, project mangement, accountability and workflow. Having all of our departments tasks in one place has proven to be quite successful in terms of organization, deadlines and accountability. We have 25 users and every user is basing their workload for the day off of what has been input into the Wrike system. Reporting has become much more streamlined and meetings are more efficient because of Wrike.

Wrike is a solid project management tool that is becoming more and more flexible. We're a small company (15 employees) and we use it to collaborate and manage projects across the U.S. -- a number of us work remotely. PROS: Easy organization Ability to create custom tags Nice charts, easy to see the "big picture" of projects Now integrates with Office 365 You can quickly tag a coworker by using the "@" sign. CONS: It doesn't do "copy/paste" very well. A lot of times I'll copy/paste notes in or a website link and the whole Wrike task will shut down or the fonts will go all wonky. No font choices or font color choices when working tasks Needs more color coding ability

Wrike has improved our Design Teams project management process by leaps and bounds. I like it very much! And the mobile accessibility is great too! There have been a few glitches along the way, but overall it's been a big improvement for team communication.

My whole team uses Wrike everyday. It has improved our work flow immeasurably. Being able to set up timeline for each project allows everyone to manage their time much more efficiently. We have been utilizing dependences lately and that has helped tremendously in setting expectation of any given timeline for a project involving multiple people in any of our many national offices. I don't know who we would be able to manage without it. I even use it to manage tasks in my personal life now. :) Thank you!

Wrike is a good project management for teams. It allows you to separate projects in folders, assign tasks, set and adjust dates, and all of the other things you would expect from a project management software. Wrike features three levels of membership for you and your team and those levels feature different capabilities based on your team size. That is my largest complaint about Wrike. Reporting out is an important feature that was taken away from the two lowest paying levels. There are other functions, like scheduling around time-off and adding additional custom fields to work to track budgets, priorities, etc. that are unavailable to all levels of membership. While I understand that some smaller teams may not need these features, it seems rather silly to make up the minds of your users for them and not allow those features without an upgrade. I also caution anyone what wants to integrate with Apple products, as using Wrike with Outlook for Mac is not available. Wrike could improve on how their Gantt Charts print out, as it is also not very user friendly, but the product is meant to be used online only, so it's a complaint that I generally let slide because of that fact. I'd give it a 7/10 because of all of these things. It has greatly helped our team, but I think we could excel more with some updates and more flexibility of use.

We are implementing Wrike across our company in order to help with tracking and executing our projects. I selected Wrike because of its compatibility with Microsoft Project, the way it integrates into our current project process, and the many ways with which people can interact with their tasks (online, on their mobiles and via Microsoft Outlook). I haven't given Wrike 5 stars for a few reasons: 1. learning to use the Wrike basics is quick and easy, but learning to use it to its best is taking some trial and error 2. Reporting can be a little spotty - we haven't upgraded to Enterprise edition, and the exporting of filtered dashboard views still takes some manual intervention to get it into an acceptable format, with the 'right' information for the Executives (haven't managed to crack this yet). On the plus side, it's simple and easy to use and administer. The help section is comprehensive so you can find the answers to most things, and the online chat help is excellent.
