Wrike is a solid project management tool that is becoming more and more flexible. We're a small company (15 employees) and we use it to collaborate and manage projects across the U.S. -- a number of us work remotely.
PROS:
Easy organization
Ability to create custom tags
Nice charts, easy to see the "big picture" of projects
Now integrates with Office 365
You can quickly tag a coworker by using the "@" sign.
CONS:
It doesn't do "copy/paste" very well. A lot of times I'll copy/paste notes in or a website link and the whole Wrike task will shut down or the fonts will go all wonky.
No font choices or font color choices when working tasks
Needs more color coding ability
