I have been using Wrike for more than 3 years now. It's a great tool we use for Task and Project tracking. Wrike enables us to track time spent on tasks and create reports around it. Breaking down complex/major tasks into sub-tasks is a feature I use daily to plan my work. Apart from this, Gantt Chart, Commenting on Tasks, Emailing into Wrike are some awesome features.
