I discovered Wrike in 2012 when I first transitioned into project management and it has been a tool I have brought with me throughout my career.
As a creative professional leveraging agile, particularly SCRUM, project management, it is vitally important to me to have a tool that allows us to execute on the principles of agile. In addition, working with creatives is often like herding cats and having a tool that provides visibility based on the end user is irreplaceable. Too often you have a system in place that works for some, but not all. Creatives learn, work and grow in very different ways and now days you can't find a creative team that doesn't also have some very left-brained developers, account managers and marketing specialists - so having a system that works for ALL different personality types is vital to a team's success.
Having brought Wrike along with me as I have changed jobs, it is always the shiny white pony that I rode in on and makes me look like a superstar!
From the various views, effort allocation, request forms and user group management to the reporting tool, third-party integrations and custom workflows - Wrike, for me, is the ONLY project management tool worth investing in.
What Wrike allows me to do for my department is already (after only five weeks here) something my C-Level executives are looking to expand across the entire enterprise because it simply is the best PM tool that provides solutions for any department, team or company - no matter the industry.
And last but not least, Wrike runs on Wrike and it is evident in their incredible capacity to provide stellar customer service throughout the entire customer journey.
I am and will always be a huge evangelist for this tool (seriously, here's a picture from 2013 with me sporting my Wrike sunglasses)! Many thanks to the teams that put such great work into this incredible product and service!
