Having ordered the watch which my son requested from the GB Watchshop, I received a message from him saying they had sent the wrong colour. I checked the order and it confirmed I had ordered silver with a blue face but they had sent a gold strap and cream face. I contacted GB Watchshop but because he had tried it on they will not exchange it yet it was their mistake. I dont think they care to make matters worse so my advice to customers would be shop elsewhere if you can and purchase from a reputable company with an ethical approach to customer aftercare service. It is not even an expensive watch and would cost them very little to rectify their mistake.
