“This hotel is horrible.. there was no ice in the ice machine each night we stayed here which was 3nights. The pictures are misleading online this is an old hotel not updated at all. The sheets were wrinkle after the housekeeper changed them. The receptionist isn’t friendly at all no welcome at all. They charge 3.00 a bottle for water but you will get a bottle water free for one night only. There’s no stores walking distance so be prepared before coming here.”

“Paid £45 for delivery and they refused to bring it to my door due to not being insured. I live in a spacious tower block with easy access so I didn’t see the issue - why charge me so much just to make me lug 6 20kg of self levelling compound up 15 floors on my own when they had the means to help me and I paid more then enough for this help. Maybe use all that extra delivery charge on getting insurance so customers don’t hurt themselves dragging them inside as I couldn’t physically lift one bag. A few bags ripped leaving a mess - it does say panel deliveries are kerbside but what good is that to any young woman who lives alone what the hell was the £45 delivery for? very disappointed”
“We liked the range of greenhouses available, competitive pricing and that they could deliver to Cornwall. However we were wooed by the on line offer of free drainpipe kit and clips, which sadly we're not honoured as we ordered by telephone.”

“stayed there last week and checked out on June 19th; I left an expensive watch behind. I called two hours after leaving and was told to call back later. When I did, the answer was that they hadn't found anything—which is unbelievable, because the watch was definitely left there. So, be careful if you stay there.”
