“Andy came out and was incredibly professional,polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take.
As I had put petrol in my diesel Landrover he explained that the sometimes had problems, but that he would come out if the car had any further issues as part of the after care. He then came out and saved me late on a Sunday when it had failed to start. Amazing service and care. I’d highly recommend them.”

“Ordered 12 seeds, 4 different strains of 3 seed packs. They were all from Terp Treez and auto fem. That said I have been growing cannabis since the Stone Age but really active since legalization in California. This is the first time not one seed, not one even cracked open let alone sprout a tap root. Not one!! This place has no germination policy to replace unviable seeds and they don’t even respond to my contact attempts. I have used SeedMasters for years and I have had success with most of the seeds but never used TerpTreez in the past and will never again be ripped off by them again. I’ve read a number of reviews with similar
complaints with germination issues and unhappy customers so is customer satisfaction important to SeedMasters? Not satisfied!”

“Me and my Family enjoyed our stay at Divi Little Bay. We the resort was nice and the beach was great.
My negative would be that the resort has 2 parrots that are never removed from their enclosure. The cage is outside and is small for 2 large birds. I feel like this is neglect and basically animal abuse. I feel like these parrots deserve much better.”

I have the physical plates, but they are useless without the legal documents. Customer service keeps giving the same generic excuse about waiting for DVLA. I tried to email their complaints department, but the email address does not even exist.

“Visited store on 26th feb after another lengthy stay in hospital i went in to inquire about my service on my power chair was due and was greeted by the lovely chloe who couldn't have been more helpful she was very professional and had a smile on her face during the duration of my query I have been using the Tamworth store for several years now and can honestly say chloe is a great asset to the team also had a chat with Tommy about renewal of my chair and once again he was very knowledgeable about things and helped me steer towards the right idea when my new chair is due so once again well done team thanks alot kev marchant”
