Awful company always a problem with returns as they do not like to refund. I brought a pair of Fendi sandals which took them over 2 months to refund me . Now I went and brought a palm angel top like an idiot forgetting the previous problems with them and now they have taken my money and they still have the item as I returned it and it’s been over a month do not order from this site

Awful, alarm going off in empty room beside us at 6:00am, kids running around screaming at 6:30am, and again till 10:30 pm, multiple complaints made. Continued to happen Very very frustrating

stayed there last week and checked out on June 19th; I left an expensive watch behind. I called two hours after leaving and was told to call back later. When I did, the answer was that they hadn't found anything—which is unbelievable, because the watch was definitely left there. So, be careful if you stay there.

Almost a month after ordering, and after endless emails, my order is still not complete. Missing parts, constant delays, conflicting information, and extremely poor communication. This has been one of the most disorganised and frustrating customer experiences I have ever had

Andy came out and was incredibly professional,polite and helpful. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take. As I had put petrol in my diesel Landrover he explained that the sometimes had problems, but that he would come out if the car had any further issues as part of the after care. He then came out and saved me late on a Sunday when it had failed to start. Amazing service and care. I’d highly recommend them.

Ordered 12 seeds, 4 different strains of 3 seed packs. They were all from Terp Treez and auto fem. That said I have been growing cannabis since the Stone Age but really active since legalization in California. This is the first time not one seed, not one even cracked open let alone sprout a tap root. Not one!! This place has no germination policy to replace unviable seeds and they don’t even respond to my contact attempts. I have used SeedMasters for years and I have had success with most of the seeds but never used TerpTreez in the past and will never again be ripped off by them again. I’ve read a number of reviews with similar complaints with germination issues and unhappy customers so is customer satisfaction important to SeedMasters? Not satisfied!

I bought a pair of chinos in McKenna man dundalk,took them home didn't try them on in the shop,but the were wrong size,the owner of the shop wouldn't change them for a different size even though I had my receipt, horrible unprofessional attitude!

Communication has been extremely slow My issues with the video system failing to load were not addressed. I await a refund and it’s already been 6 days since I was told I would not be supplied with medication but no money has reached my account. Very angry. Very dissatisfied.

Me and my Family enjoyed our stay at Divi Little Bay. We the resort was nice and the beach was great. My negative would be that the resort has 2 parrots that are never removed from their enclosure. The cage is outside and is small for 2 large birds. I feel like this is neglect and basically animal abuse. I feel like these parrots deserve much better.

Placed an order and within a couple of hours realised I had made a mistake on the house number! Sent an email to request an update and was basically told no charges can be made even though the delivery was only to be made in 3 days time! Really need to sort out your internal processes! Do not recommend and will not be using again.

placed an order for a private registration on January 30th. Their website advertises a 7-day service, but it has been over 5 weeks and I still have not received the V750 Certificate. I have the physical plates, but they are useless without the legal documents. Customer service keeps giving the same generic excuse about waiting for DVLA. I tried to email their complaints department, but the email address does not even exist. I am paying for this through Payment Assist and I am very frustrated. I will be contacting Payment Assist to dispute the transaction if this is not resolved immediately.

Visited store on 26th feb after another lengthy stay in hospital i went in to inquire about my service on my power chair was due and was greeted by the lovely chloe who couldn't have been more helpful she was very professional and had a smile on her face during the duration of my query I have been using the Tamworth store for several years now and can honestly say chloe is a great asset to the team also had a chat with Tommy about renewal of my chair and once again he was very knowledgeable about things and helped me steer towards the right idea when my new chair is due so once again well done team thanks alot kev marchant

My Mom is almost 99. We’d already replaced one set of hearing aids, and another single one. Not only does the cord keep them from getting lost, but the fabric helps keep her glasses from slipping. They also seem more comfortable for her.

Conor I had a good experience with Conor while looking for car insurance, he was incredibly helpful and patient and knowledgeable, he took time to search and explain all my options clearly and making sure I understood everything before moving forward, he made what can often be a stressful process feel easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service and insurance advice.
