“Awful company always a problem with returns as they do not like to refund. I brought a pair of Fendi sandals which took them over 2 months to refund me . Now I went and brought a palm angel top like an idiot forgetting the previous problems with them and now they have taken my money and they still have the item as I returned it and it’s been over a month do not order from this site”

“Ordered 12 seeds, 4 different strains of 3 seed packs. They were all from Terp Treez and auto fem. That said I have been growing cannabis since the Stone Age but really active since legalization in California. This is the first time not one seed, not one even cracked open let alone sprout a tap root. Not one!! This place has no germination policy to replace unviable seeds and they don’t even respond to my contact attempts. I have used SeedMasters for years and I have had success with most of the seeds but never used TerpTreez in the past and will never again be ripped off by them again. I’ve read a number of reviews with similar
complaints with germination issues and unhappy customers so is customer satisfaction important to SeedMasters? Not satisfied!”

I have the physical plates, but they are useless without the legal documents. Customer service keeps giving the same generic excuse about waiting for DVLA. I tried to email their complaints department, but the email address does not even exist.
I am paying for this through Payment Assist and I am very frustrated. I will be contacting Payment Assist to dispute the transaction if this is not resolved immediately.”
“Katt Diamonds is the worst! Customer service is nonexistent. Products are cheap and take forever to receive. Purchased earrings as a gift. When they came 3+weeks later, to late and to cheap to give. I reached out to say I was unsatisfied and wasted refund. They were returned and received 11/28/2025. I have yet to receive a refund. Steer clear of them. I have a dispute with the finance company and a complaint with the BBB.”
“I booked and paid for a van on find my man and van, we arranged a time and drivers kept on delaying in end there was a family emergency, so had to cancel the van, they told me I would receive and full refund within 5-10 business days and 1 month later am still awaiting my refund, ive tried calling them different times of days, even left voice message asking them to call me back and still not heard off them. Only response I got was email saying could take longer due to festive season, but refund was expected 10 business days from Nov.”

“I paid for a yearly comprehensive policy in June 2025. In October 2025 my new employer required that l have business insurance so l requested for this change in my policy and was anticipating that l would only require to adjust payment. I was advised that the insurers were unable to do this. I then requested to cancel the policy and get a refund for rest of the year obviously less cancellation fee. I was only refunded £77 for the remaining months. I was very disappointed and will not take out a policy with you again or recommend you to any of my friends or family.”
