“I had a really bad experience at carshop Willenhall they were great right up until I bought the car, then it started playing up 1 hour after I bought it, took it back and the bloke took the engine management light off and said bring it back Monday so I actually took it back on the Sunday they kept it a week and couldn't diagnose the problem so they sent it to a back street garage for diagnosis they couldn't do it either they gave me a courtesy car I had to phone every day got shoved from pillar to post 2 and a half weeks down the line I had enough and got a refund,if you are going to shop here be very careful and ask for a long test drive before you hand over your money I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”

“I am disgusted with the service from Elmhurst. The door dropped within 6 weeks and my 81 year old mother had to get an emergency locksmith out at 18.30 to fix. Despite contacting Elmhurst, they couldn’t be bothered to respond and she had to pay £129.60 for a repair. Customer service at its worse and I would advise people to avoid Elmhurst at all costs”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. The rugs I received were yellow, not ivory, as pictured on the website. When I contacted the company for a return, they stated the rugs were not eligible for return because it was a clearance item. No where on the product page or on the checkout page did it state they were “final sale”… I found this in small print on the return policy in a different part of the website. The customer service reps were rude when responding to my emails and I ended up sending the rugs back, paying for the shipping myself. I only received a fraction of the cost of the rugs refunded to my credit card. Save yourself the headache and order from a different website.”
