this is a terrible company they cheated me out of 649 dollars they sent me a machine that will not work told me they would pick it up. they have lied. they will do nothing about the machine

Awful customer service!!!! I bought a great contract and was very happy. So much so, I recommended a family member to get a contract. Because of a cookie My refer a friend bonus was denied. I thought this could be easily fixed by customer service. I haven’t had such a bad customer service experience in a long time.

Booked for a gas safe certificate for Friday 1pm to 5pm. They call about 4.20pm to say they need to cancel but promise to come following day between 9am and 1pm. Get a phone call at 12.15pm to cancel this appointment too. I wasted a half day annual leave on Friday and sat around waiting on Saturday. My advice don't waste your time with this company.

Light in the box will not refund!!!!!!!!! My recent review was deleted which gave light in the box a reason to ignore my emails I had a reply saying will be sort but now it’s deleted! Surely the must give me the money they owe me! It’s a customers right to be paid a refund on returned goods!! The most despicable company you will… The most despicable company you will ever deal with! Thieves and liars Ordered product Sent a complete different manufactured product not even the same speck 2 weeks to agree I can return Returned Ignoring every email and refusing to pay refund Thieving company who are incapable of providing a honest service! Boycott boycott they are fake!!

The experience I have had with just my look is terrible. I placed my order a month ago, they have taken my money and received nothing. Emailed twice, got one back saying the products were not in stock but still advertising them on the website. Will never use them again and would never recommend them, worst site I’ve ever used. I want my money back !

Lidl langley moor County Durham have been going here for years and have noticed last few years the customer service and attitude of staff has gone right down its appalling. They are so rude and unhelpful they actually look like they don’t really want to be there. I was in today but for the Last time as it’s so miserable being in there and listening to their rudeness etc I have noticed all fresh produce does not last the same either going off much quicker! Really is my supermarket of the past!

Have used Bunches on several occasions, but this time I wanted to send some sunshine to my daughter and daughter in law in these awful times. The flowers are awful, although I appreciate they are sent in bud, there is no way the flowers will look anywhere like the picture on the webpage. Customer service not helpful. Sadly won’t use bunches again.

Having ordered the watch which my son requested from the GB Watchshop, I received a message from him saying they had sent the wrong colour. I checked the order and it confirmed I had ordered silver with a blue face but they had sent a gold strap and cream face. I contacted GB Watchshop but because he had tried it on they will not exchange it yet it was their mistake. I dont think they care to make matters worse so my advice to customers would be shop elsewhere if you can and purchase from a reputable company with an ethical approach to customer aftercare service. It is not even an expensive watch and would cost them very little to rectify their mistake.

It’s been almost 2 weeks since I order a print. I have not received an email stating that it’s been shipped..I have emailed them twice and I have heard nothing. This is very disappointing, as I was looking forward to give this as a gift. I would love to get my money back or at least get an update as to what is going on!

Do not order from this website. I ordered some things for my boyfriend as a present, the website said it had not gone through so I ordered it again, next thing I know the order is taken twice. I contacted lost rockstar and they said to be that it would be processed as a refund. Then 2/3 weeks the duplicate order got delivered to my house. Now it has been past the 14 days so I cannot get a refund. Also part of the first order that I sent back I have not been refunded for two items which I returned. This means that I am down 100 pound or even more . I will be taking this further. I have tried to contact lost rockstar over Facebook and not had anything back since I complained

I would not rely on Plumbing Force. I contacted the company at 8am with a faulty Sani macerator and their agent/operator stated they would be at my property before 1pm. I booked the job in (giving credit card details) but nobody turned up. I called the company at 1:30 and their agent/operator said an error had been made on the booking and they would be at the house before 4pm – but nobody turned up although a different employee called me to state that the engineer was on an unexpected gas leak (despite the fact my job was nothing to do with gas) and they would try and get to my house before 6pm - but nobody turned up. The company did call again trying to book the job for the following day but I told the employee not to bother, that I was not at all happy and that I beleive their company has let me down. I stated I would post a bad review to reflect this. He threatened me with libel if I posted this honest review – so I would never use this company again!

I ordered a traditional radiator, i did check it on delivery and did not see any damage When it was to be fitted the plumber noticed a manufacturer fault that stopped him fitting it the bracket that fits to the wall was over chromed, you cannot call you have to email it took over a week to them to respond then they wanted pictures which I sent another week went past more pictures, I kept emailing all they say is we are looking into it after 4 weeks I put in a small claims as my bathroom was waiting for a radiator to be finished, they responded to the claim and said they would refund, again no money again another email, they then asked the courts for another ten days to pay, I now have my money after 8 weeks. I now have to pay the plumber again to fit it If your goods come OK then you will be OK if not be very prepared for a fight to get your money back

Floryday are scammers and should not be allowed to trade There are so many bad reviews about them They sell poor quality, badly sized clothes, but don’t give you your money back They do not answer any communications They stole my money Keep away from them

I placed a Kathryn Carnaby rug order on 27th July which was in stock at the time and delivery should have been within 5 working days. My order is saying despatched and 9 working days later nothing has arrived!! I sent an email to find out what was going on only to find The Rug Seller were chasing their supplier! I have no idea when to expect delivery even though they have taken payment. Very disappointed and only hope I will be happy with the rug if I ever receive it!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered 2 dresses when they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures apart from the colour. They were both the same shape, no style and the material was nylon, not as described. When I requested to return them and get a full refund they told me that they would not do this, I was offered to keep the items and get 40% back. Not very satisfactory. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Absolutely shocking experience with bark.com I am a contractor and the staff do not listen to us . Do not ever ever use these people I spent £600 in a month and they are all wasted leads . Stay away from them

Ordered flowers for my daughter, paid for next day delivery which included 6 mths free delivery. Flowers arrived 3 days late and in a poor condition - limp & lifeless, not worth the money - looked more like flowers from the garage forecourt, Really disappointed. Requested full refund. 4 emails later finally rec’d a response asking for more info, another 2 emails sent, still no response. Come on Prestige Flowers respond and issue a refund.
