I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughters 1st Birthday when it arrived it didn’t fit so we tried again 4 weeks later and it looked like a piece of Tat, I rang the shop to be told I need to send it back to have it cleaned even though it has never been worn then to have the phone put down on me twice and the staff was very rude and disrespectful, I would never order anything from this shop ever again it’s disgusting
