“I would not rely on Plumbing Force.
I contacted the company at 8am with a faulty Sani macerator and their agent/operator stated they would be at my property before 1pm.
I booked the job in (giving credit card details) but nobody turned up.
I called the company at 1:30 and their agent/operator said an error had been made on the booking and they would be at the house before 4pm – but nobody turned up although a different employee called me to state that the engineer was on an unexpected gas leak (despite the fact my job was nothing to do with gas) and they would try and get to my house before 6pm - but nobody turned up.
The company did call again trying to book the job for the following day but I told the employee not to bother, that I was not at all happy and that I beleive their company has let me down.
I stated I would post a bad review to reflect this.
He threatened me with libel if I posted this honest review – so I would never use this company again!”
“I ordered a traditional radiator, i did check it on delivery and did not see any damage
When it was to be fitted the plumber noticed a manufacturer fault that stopped him fitting it the bracket that fits to the wall was over chromed, you cannot call you have to email it took over a week to them to respond then they wanted pictures which I sent another week went past more pictures, I kept emailing all they say is we are looking into it after 4 weeks I put in a small claims as my bathroom was waiting for a radiator to be finished, they responded to the claim and said they would refund, again no money again another email, they then asked the courts for another ten days to pay, I now have my money after 8 weeks. I now have to pay the plumber again to fit it
If your goods come OK then you will be OK if not be very prepared for a fight to get your money back”

“I placed a Kathryn Carnaby rug order on 27th July which was in stock at the time and delivery should have been within 5 working days. My order is saying despatched and 9 working days later nothing has arrived!! I sent an email to find out what was going on only to find The Rug Seller were chasing their supplier! I have no idea when to expect delivery even though they have taken payment. Very disappointed and only hope I will be happy with the rug if I ever receive it!!”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered 2 dresses when they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures apart from the colour. They were both the same shape, no style and the material was nylon, not as described. When I requested to return them and get a full refund they told me that they would not do this, I was offered to keep the items and get 40% back. Not very satisfactory. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“Terrible service. Ordered three paint by numbers as a fun thing to do with my kids during this time back in April. Received one but none that o ordered. Filled in countless tickets online and so many emails with no response. No products received that I ordered and no refund. They have basically taken my money and no items received. Appalling customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s been more than 30 days and no money back. More hassle and stress than anything else. I would give them 0 stars but that’s not even an option. Unpleasant experience so far.”

“Don’t even get close to this company if you’re not looking for drama and head-ache! I’m absolutely shocked by the poor service I received today. I have worked with several gas engineers and boiler companies over the years but Plumbing Force is definitely the winner of the worst customer service that you could get. I asked them to check my boiler and let me know if there’s any parts that need replacement or anything in general that requires attention so I won’t get surprised in cold season. The engineer showed up only to tell me what I already knew, that there’s no inspection hatches on the flue therefore he said he couldn’t tell me if there’s anything wrong inside the boiler itself (the unit on the wall). And he still charged me the complete fee for a visit. Please bear in mind that I didn’t ask for a gas safety certificate here because for instance I was planning to rent out my property. I am the home owner myself and I just wanted a reassurance that my boiler is working fine. But the engineer refused to tell me if the boiler itself is alright or not just because he couldn’t see the flue. When I called the company to ask for an explanation to see what is was that I paid for today, they said sorry it’s the regulation (which is so not true, because many other gas engineers have done just that in the past) After several calls back and forth to finally get a line manager over the line, I asked her why they don’t ask that question about the inspection hatch over the phone so people would not ask for an engineer to come over and incur an unnecessary cost, she said we don’t ask questions over the phone (which is understandable from the profit-making point of view because then you won’t send someone over to tell customers the obvious and charge them an arm and leg when they haven’t really done anything). Ps. The engineer was checking the brand of my kitchen gas hub towards the end of his visit just so he could write his report, now how it’s related to my original request I’m not sure. Anyway the people on the phone were also extremely rude (including the line manager) and didn’t let me explain the situation properly as they kept interrupting me. Apparently this company is going bust or something because when I told them that as an unhappy customer I’m going to write a bad review online, the line manager said go ahead and do whatever you want to do cause we don’t care anymore! So just a heads up, keep away from this company, it’s just a scam, they don’t care about customer satisfaction, just the bill.”
“When I opened the box the flowers were disappointing some were squashed others were wilting such a shame. It’s very poor as the sender finds time to order them and these things are never cheap. You feel excited that you have received a parcel only to be let down when yo open them.
