A surprise delivery was received on Saturday 11 May from my son, who has used this company on various occasions to send me flowers. Unfortunately I was not at home to accept delivery and did not discover the box of almost dead flowers wedged behind a large plant pot until late afternoon Monday 13 May. You can imagine how upset and disappointed I was. Surely it would not have been too difficult to pop a note through the letterbox, as so many companies do now.
