As soon as I found out the delivery was with ups I knew I was in for big trouble.As per usual I received a message claiming no one was in to collect the item.So now I have to collect the item myself.Believe me when I say this happens every time with this company.Not even a notice of attempted delivery to back up their claim which is normally the case.But no they just outright lie to people.How exactly is this shamble of a company still in business?
