Unfortunately their promise of excellent customer service falls short of reality. From the beginning of my experience, I was weary because my invoice came with no pricing details, and when I called another location to verify, I was treated very rudely. I wrote a review of my experience and was contacted right away in an effort to make things right. So I removed my review and decided to give it another shot, giving them the benefit of doubt. I worked with Diana the store manager, to purchase flooring for my kitchen. We completed the floor installation on our own and upon completion we discovered we needed a transition strip. So I called and spoke with Diana, relying on their flooring expertise and asked for her support in ordering a transition strip. She informed me that they no longer carry that flooring and I would have to pay for the shipping costs. Knowing this was the final piece needed to complete my floor, I willing agreed. After providing them with my payment information, I was informed that I would receive a call back to provide me with the shipping details. I never received a call back; I only received a receipt with no description of what was ordered, just the dollar amount of $207…For ONLY two pieces! When we went to install, I found out that she sent the WRONG ITEM!! We received end-caps instead of transition strips. I called her to let her know and requested an exchange. I was then told there is no exchange and that there was nothing they could do; only offer a $50 credit towards my next purchase to correct her error!! I’m disappointed in my experience working with this company and wish I would have selected a company with more knowledge and better customer service. Working with them has felt like working with a used car salesman, only caring about the sale and not the customer.

I ordered trike from oliversbabycare that dpd wouldn't deliver. It never left their depot from time of picking up from oliversbabycare. Then wanted a disabled wheelchair bound lady with paralysis to go and collect which no way possible. Oliversbabycare recalled it back. I told them it was needed by Monday 12th December for grandson birthday. Anyway after they called it back they wouldn't give me a refund to buy another for my grandson. I told them unable to work have full time carers and in financial hardship. I was crying on the phone as told them this parcel had nothing to do with me. I never received it from them so not responsible for dpd getting it back to them. Even though I also mentioned being diagnosed advance with cancer and just wanted to buy my grandson a birthday present. They were insistent on keeping my payment until back with them my conditions and being upset on the phone and neumours emails meant nothing. I had to contact consumer rights who advised me that oliversbabycare where in breach of consumer rights regulations 2015, as they failed to get my order delivered to me. They kept treating it as my return even though never even got delivered to me. In the end I had to open a dispute with my bank they paid me back over 10 days of trying with oliversbabycare. It wasn't until I said consumers rights have told me I can apply for compensation that I received an email saying paying my payment back two weeks after ordering. I missed grandson birthday undue stress on top of my multiple health conditions and a wheelchair bound lady on over 25 medications a day extremely high opiates and oramorph high pain medication treated in such away it is shocking customer services

Placed order on 2/12/22 and still not received.understand Royal Mail strike maybe holding order up but customer services keep saying core team looking into this .no email from core team sent as they have been claiming and feel as if they are just ignoring this.received email confirming order and then nothing since.

Northern Ireland customers do not receive orders next day delivery. This is not clear on ordering however is in the small print of terms and conditions. Totally let down, poor poor service. Should not be advertised and charged for a service they do not provide. Will never use this service ever again and would go as far as to say neither should you

i purchased linens from Zara home but my husband accidentally recycled the packaging. I did not like my sheets so i used Zara a email to communicate w them and unless you have ORIGINAL packaging, you CANNOT return your item!! I have purchased many things online during COVID ( as I am careful to expose my 87y and 90 y parents) but I was not able to return my unacceptable 180 thread "percale sheets" . Buyer beware- unless you have ALL original packaging, they won't accept it back- I have purchased from multiple stores and outlets over the past 2 yrs and this is the 1st time I could NOT return- I will never purchase from Zara and will alert all I know about this policy!!!!! ps there was NO packing slip in the envelope nor instructions re: returns inthe package of linens that i received- 0/5 rating for Zara home

Do not use this company, awful appalling customer service. Agreed a delivery date but failed to let us know the product was on back order. Waited a whole day having to take time off work , the product did not arrive as agreed. Contacted them only to be told sorry, like that was good enough. Would never use this company again.

I had done some shopping elsewhere before going to Portswood Southampton Sainsbury's, so I entered the shop with 1 full bag of shopping bag. I had items to collect from Argos, so now I have 2 bags of shopping. I went into supermarket from Argos, woundered around, I couldn't decide what to get for dinner. I needed to use toliet so went there then went bk into shop. I did notice a female member of staff looking at me weird when she past, I just thought what's her problem. Once I decided what I wanted I went to self-service checkout. On my way out i was stopped by security, asked to see in my bags. He said it was abit strange I'd done my shopping then went back in. Then the female member of staff who past me earlier came running over. She must of been very disappointed as I had all receipts for my shopping. I know stealing goes on in supermarkets BUT your members of staff need to get facts right!! I was horrified, very upset

Just My Look offers excellent service if everything goes to plan. However if things go wrong the Customer Service Team email take far too long to respond and the company does not accept phone calls. This is my second experience of being unable to get a prompt response. Very disappointed. Still awaiting a response to 3 emails.

I ordered the started kit and all I got was a little bottle of shampoo no serum I have contacted support with no response called tells you to email been a week with no response. Don't trust this company

I didn't want the service I did not authorize it I looked at the website didn't like what I saw and n like 2 weeks hot vegetables were sitting on my porch I tried to cancel my account and the website stated that I cant

First delivery of the spoiler I ordered, only half order turned up, next the replacement was damaged as inadequate packaging. I’m now on third week and waiting in another replacement. I have received a Very poor service imo.

This is terrible, even you have spelt review 'reivew'!!! I bought an egg chair cushion from The Range, when I received it, it looked tacky and was poor quality. When I tried to return it, The Range said I couldn't return it to them and had to deal with the Partner Company that the cushion came from, I looked on their website only to be shocked that any item that costs between £0 and £79 carried a returns fee of £40!!!! The cushion was half of that! What poor business practice by The Range, and daylight robbery from Living and Home, I will never buy anything from the Range again, total scam! Go to decent businesses, there are plenty who treat and value customers, unlike these disgusting rip off merchants.

Never buy from this company I purchased a 3x6m gazebo and totally my fault that I ordered the wrong size I purchased on eBay and I am having to return the gazebo 4 times I messaged this company on eBay to see if I could either do an exchange for a 3x4m gazebo and I even offered them to keep the £79.99 ( the 3x4m is £53 ) for the cost of delivery and just do an exchange as they completely ignored me I have opted to return the item for a full refund and I also contacted the company to ask for the return address and again I have been ignored God awful customer service and I will be purchasing from someone else instead

Hedgehog Car insurance Scam …scam I have your car insurance ( Mulsanne car insurance) through Hedgehog car insurance. My car was damaged more than one month. Still my car was in garage without repair. Hedgehog’s Customer service is rubbish. Last one month I tried to call 15 times but no response from them. Still I m waiting for my final approval. Is it a joke !!!! Please keep away from this 2 companies. Hedgehog Claim HHA-CLM-61582

I had a really bad experience at carshop Willenhall they were great right up until I bought the car, then it started playing up 1 hour after I bought it, took it back and the bloke took the engine management light off and said bring it back Monday so I actually took it back on the Sunday they kept it a week and couldn't diagnose the problem so they sent it to a back street garage for diagnosis they couldn't do it either they gave me a courtesy car I had to phone every day got shoved from pillar to post 2 and a half weeks down the line I had enough and got a refund,if you are going to shop here be very careful and ask for a long test drive before you hand over your money I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with the company was horrible. Their records showed that my product was delivered even though I explained to them that I never received it they were only concerned with what their records stated. They were unwilling to give me a refund or replace the product All they could say was that they were sorry for my loss

Ordered an egg chair to be delivered and was told there was additional delivery cost of £84 . Tried numerous postcodes in Glasgow and Kilmarnock and all the same charge. Their policy of free delivery is not correct for delivery in central Scotland.

I ordered my contacts several weeks ago. Never received. I was told they would contact post office, I would need to sign affidavit, stating I did not receive.(no problem!) I have emailed, called they will not answer phone, or any emails.I’m still waiting. I do not recommend any service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤮

Booked a slot on Saturday for Monday 10-14.00 I live out of town and asked for this as it’s a holiday home thought it was great as they said they would ring an hour before they were due . Sat and waited for them no call no show rang me at 16.00 wanting to rearrange for the next day no thanks very frustrated as I took day of for this if you say your going to ring and hour before you are going to show up please do so I understand things come up but should of been rang in my time slot not two hours after days holiday which I took of from work wasted 😤

I am disgusted with the service from Elmhurst. The door dropped within 6 weeks and my 81 year old mother had to get an emergency locksmith out at 18.30 to fix. Despite contacting Elmhurst, they couldn’t be bothered to respond and she had to pay £129.60 for a repair. Customer service at its worse and I would advise people to avoid Elmhurst at all costs
