“I contacted this company after my oven door broke. An engineer arrived and after inspection said we need a replacement door. He said the item was unavailable and he would be in touch. 7 weeks have passed and I have not heard back from the engineer, this despite speaking to customer services twice. The engineer will not forward me the oven details for me to try to order, or even to ascertain if this is no longer in production. I have asked to escalate to somebody more senior but have been informed there is nobody above customer services. I have paid a lot of money for an engineer to tell me what I already knew - I need a replacement oven door.”

“Bluefin Fitness has failed to resolve my delivery issues. I am now on day four of waiting for a delivery from DHL -who say that they have no record of Bluefin contacting them, and who further say that since DHL'scontract is with Bluefin (not with me), only Bluefin's complaint/voice/intervention is relevant. I can't comment on their product - because I haven't received them! I can say, however, that they are absolutely impossible to speak to live, either on chat or by telephone.

“I just returned a book from wordery that I was completely disappointed when received. It was typically a 4A print out which I could have done myself. I was expected a proper book. I paid 7.92 pounds and since the company doesn't do return label, I had to pay extra 4 something to just send it back so in essence I only get 3 ish pounds of my money back which is outrageous. It is false advertising. Should mention clearly that I will be getting print out instead I emailed them, they asked me for my receipt thinking they going to compensate but they didn't. So I thought I should review them here and report them.”

“Good afternoon I just received my order and I'm really disappointed. The number of flowers is significantly lower than that shown on your web page. The red roses and purple flowers are missing. Also the flowers don't look fresh. I paid 62 pounds for a bouquet of flowers that I could easily have found in the supermarket.

“Shockingly expensive and useless product. Over promised and under delivered. Just small half moon sticky patches that you apply to your eyelids. Uncomfortable and just moved the skin elsewhere. They sent an employee who couldn’t even measure correctly for four remote blinds. When the blinds arrived they didn’t fit. I could go on but there’s not enough space! The issue took months to resolve and ultimately I had to accept a “discounted” price rather than keep dragging the issues forward. I was passed between different members of staff; there should be one person who picks up the issues from day one then sees it through to a satisfactory outcome. I will never use Hillary’s again and would suggest buyers looking for satisfactory products and good customer service look elsewhere.”

Recently I’ve received my kitchen delivery I’ve broke base unit which I’ve asked them to replace and they did sent new one on 13th June
Then I am having problem with corner unit which is L shape , 2 times 600 unit where I’ve space 970mm.
I’ve called wren customer service phone number and they said this is my fault why I’ve signed the contract before checking measurements and she advise me that she will sent email to the store who will contact me.
I would like to make it clear that employee took measurement of my kitchen 2 times ( one is before skimming and 2nd time after skimming) before I’ve placed final order. So how come they got it wrong now they blamed me it’s my fault. If I can took measures properly I wouldn’t need wren employee to come to my home to take measurements 2 times.
Yesterday I have received called from wren who make my kitchen design saying I should bring my kitchen fitter to wren so he can explain further how to fit 2 unit, but my fitter doesn’t willing to go as there is no space practically to fit 2 unit.now I am helpless, as my kitchen looks ugly instead of looks excellent,I have spent lots of money to get wren kitchen as people say they are no 1 but I found them opposite.
I would blame both guy ( the one took final measurements and the guy designed my kitchen)”

“The most terrible experience I have experienced. The DPD man came to deliver the parcel and took the parcel back as I did n to have a code for him. I had not been sent a code. I emailed Just mu look and got a abrupt email from Rachel saying that the parcel has been marked as delivered please confirm I have it. Clearly had not read my email and not interested in dealing with this. I replied saying again the DPD Man took it back. Her response was check with a neighbour.
