“Hi, I have been a Pets Best customer for almost 2 years now. I signed up because they have a good reputation for paying a great percentage of the bill and fast payouts. I filed a claim on 3/30/2024 and it still has not been processed. All bills and a full explanation was submitted with the claim. I called today and was told it could take up to 42 days to process.”
“I've had mine since 14th March and still not touch by the birds. I scrapped the feed like you suggested but to no avail. I check it daily. Any suggestions? Marylin Bain”
“Have mixed reviews, we ordered online, easy process, received co nfirmation immediately. Delivery soon followed, and were notified regularly on delivery times etc. Quality of product appears good,( we have not had the units out of the box )price good. Unfortunately it took time for us to get a plumber into do our refit. We have had the unit 8weeks, but now the plumber cannot move a soil pipe, therefore cannot use unit, I have only been offered a credit, which I will never be able to use, and we have to organise getting the unit back to them by courier. So here I am, a pensioner with a £369.00 unit that I cant use, I know it's not their fault, but I would have bought another replacement unit.
Such a shame they couldn't be more accomodating . Will not recommend them due to their complacent attitude.”
“The service was quick and efficient. I feel that the vitamins are of a good quality, but it's a bit early to tell if they are making a difference. However the real drawback for me is the taste. I don't like things too sweet so I ordered the sour flavour. If that's sour, I can't begin to imagine how sweet the other variety is. I dread taking them every day. They are so, so sickly sweet. It might just be me, I'm not a cake, sweets or puddings kind of girl but, oh boy yuck!”
“Regularly shop at Morrisons. However keep an eye on your loyalty points. I did not get a voucher as expected, phoned customer services who agreed to credit my account, they advised that when I next shopped I would get my voucher. This did not happen, when I alerted sales assistant to this she advised that her till did not print off vouchers. Once again contacted customer services who advised they would pass to the More loyalty team. 4 days later no contact from them.”
