The service was quick and efficient. I feel that the vitamins are of a good quality, but it's a bit early to tell if they are making a difference. However the real drawback for me is the taste. I don't like things too sweet so I ordered the sour flavour. If that's sour, I can't begin to imagine how sweet the other variety is. I dread taking them every day. They are so, so sickly sweet. It might just be me, I'm not a cake, sweets or puddings kind of girl but, oh boy yuck!
