Hi, I have been a Pets Best customer for almost 2 years now. I signed up because they have a good reputation for paying a great percentage of the bill and fast payouts. I filed a claim on 3/30/2024 and it still has not been processed. All bills and a full explanation was submitted with the claim. I called today and was told it could take up to 42 days to process.
