“I ordered a bracelet for my granddaughters 1st Birthday when it arrived it didn’t fit so we tried again 4 weeks later and it looked like a piece of Tat, I rang the shop to be told I need to send it back to have it cleaned even though it has never been worn then to have the phone put down on me twice and the staff was very rude and disrespectful, I would never order anything from this shop ever again it’s disgusting”
“If I could give zero stars, I would. The rugs I received were yellow, not ivory, as pictured on the website. When I contacted the company for a return, they stated the rugs were not eligible for return because it was a clearance item. No where on the product page or on the checkout page did it state they were “final sale”… I found this in small print on the return policy in a different part of the website. The customer service reps were rude when responding to my emails and I ended up sending the rugs back, paying for the shipping myself. I only received a fraction of the cost of the rugs refunded to my credit card. Save yourself the headache and order from a different website.”

“This company was absolutely atrocious, first job they came out to there was problem with the toilet, they said the part was obsolete, I had to purchase a new toilet and had to pay for someone to fit it! Second job they came out to was another toilet, and surprise surprise they said that part required was also obsolete. Well that was alarm bells for me. I purchased the actual part, the part that they said was obsolete!! They refused to fit the part and after months of sending endless emails I ended up getting a new plumber to fit the part to the toilet.. What a joke this company is!!”

“After ringing 68 times last Friday and no one picking up, I took the day off work and waited in all day with no delivery, I waited in all day Saturday no delivery. I rang 20 times Tuesday someone answered. I was told they have problems with delivery in the South West. So I suggest if you live in that area don't bother. I would of been happier if only I was told what was happening with my delivery, I also emailed no reply. It finely arrived Tuesday which was really annoying because I had no help to move it. Don't see the point of choosing a date that you can't fulfill.”

“Booked for a gas safe certificate for Friday 1pm to 5pm. They call about 4.20pm to say they need to cancel but promise to come following day between 9am and 1pm. Get a phone call at 12.15pm to cancel this appointment too. I wasted a half day annual leave on Friday and sat around waiting on Saturday. My advice don't waste your time with this company.”

The flowers are awful, although I appreciate they are sent in bud, there is no way the flowers will look anywhere like the picture on the webpage. Customer service not helpful. “Having ordered the watch which my son requested from the GB Watchshop, I received a message from him saying they had sent the wrong colour. I checked the order and it confirmed I had ordered silver with a blue face but they had sent a gold strap and cream face.
I contacted GB Watchshop but because he had tried it on they will not exchange it yet it was their mistake.
I dont think they care to make matters worse so my advice to customers would be shop elsewhere if you can and purchase from a reputable company with an ethical approach to customer aftercare service. It is not even an expensive watch and would cost them very little to rectify their mistake.”

“Do not order from this website. I ordered some things for my boyfriend as a present, the website said it had not gone through so I ordered it again, next thing I know the order is taken twice. I contacted lost rockstar and they said to be that it would be processed as a refund. Then 2/3 weeks the duplicate order got delivered to my house. Now it has been past the 14 days so I cannot get a refund. Also part of the first order that I sent back I have not been refunded for two items which I returned. This means that I am down 100 pound or even more . I will be taking this further. I have tried to contact lost rockstar over Facebook and not had anything back since I complained”
