Terrible service. Ordered three paint by numbers as a fun thing to do with my kids during this time back in April. Received one but none that o ordered. Filled in countless tickets online and so many emails with no response. No products received that I ordered and no refund. They have basically taken my money and no items received. Appalling customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone. It’s been more than 30 days and no money back. More hassle and stress than anything else. I would give them 0 stars but that’s not even an option. Unpleasant experience so far.

They will take your money and then “suspend” the trip... not giving your money back. They are very criminal. Do not give them money. I’ve contacted the USA embassy in Great Britain. I’ve been advised they will be shut down shortly! Do not... give these crooks money! You have been warned!

No refund after ten days. Was told to wait 2-3, days still no refund. No emails. My kids going without hot meals and they don't care

Worst company ever. Requested a refund two weeks ago. Was told 5-7 days. Then emailed 2-3 days. That was two weeks later. Guess what no refund. No response to emails. Disgusting especially when we need to purchase a new cooker. My children going without hot proper meals. Thank for nothing.

I moved Company, my previous company used People's pension. Aviva would not let me transfer my pension! Unfortunately I then left my new company and I had to cash in! If you have the choice please go with People pension.Please don't touch Aviva!! Really worried now as my life is insured with these Muppets.

Don’t even get close to this company if you’re not looking for drama and head-ache! I’m absolutely shocked by the poor service I received today. I have worked with several gas engineers and boiler companies over the years but Plumbing Force is definitely the winner of the worst customer service that you could get. I asked them to check my boiler and let me know if there’s any parts that need replacement or anything in general that requires attention so I won’t get surprised in cold season. The engineer showed up only to tell me what I already knew, that there’s no inspection hatches on the flue therefore he said he couldn’t tell me if there’s anything wrong inside the boiler itself (the unit on the wall). And he still charged me the complete fee for a visit. Please bear in mind that I didn’t ask for a gas safety certificate here because for instance I was planning to rent out my property. I am the home owner myself and I just wanted a reassurance that my boiler is working fine. But the engineer refused to tell me if the boiler itself is alright or not just because he couldn’t see the flue. When I called the company to ask for an explanation to see what is was that I paid for today, they said sorry it’s the regulation (which is so not true, because many other gas engineers have done just that in the past) After several calls back and forth to finally get a line manager over the line, I asked her why they don’t ask that question about the inspection hatch over the phone so people would not ask for an engineer to come over and incur an unnecessary cost, she said we don’t ask questions over the phone (which is understandable from the profit-making point of view because then you won’t send someone over to tell customers the obvious and charge them an arm and leg when they haven’t really done anything). Ps. The engineer was checking the brand of my kitchen gas hub towards the end of his visit just so he could write his report, now how it’s related to my original request I’m not sure. Anyway the people on the phone were also extremely rude (including the line manager) and didn’t let me explain the situation properly as they kept interrupting me. Apparently this company is going bust or something because when I told them that as an unhappy customer I’m going to write a bad review online, the line manager said go ahead and do whatever you want to do cause we don’t care anymore! So just a heads up, keep away from this company, it’s just a scam, they don’t care about customer satisfaction, just the bill.

When I opened the box the flowers were disappointing some were squashed others were wilting such a shame. It’s very poor as the sender finds time to order them and these things are never cheap. You feel excited that you have received a parcel only to be let down when yo open them. I am still awaiting a reply from Serenata. The delivery man just left them on the door step after only knocking once by the time I got to the door he was gone!

Very bed insurance company they themselves do what they want customers service people didn’t want to sorting the problem only change policy to ad more money.....cancelling insurance for no reason because no accept to ad more money to the policy...we clients we paying money for this company they should be help for us...but they don’t want to help at all just ad more money......worst company ever that I’ve ever had...

Stay clear of this company!! Called this company at 6pm Sat in need of a plumber ASAP, even agreed to pay the £229+vat as I know it’s more at weekends. I was told there was a plumber booked and would be with me in 1 hr and at 845pm I’m still waiting. Tried calling with no answer so had to wait till Sun morning to call them back. Finally got through and was told they were very sorry and can get someone out today between 12 & 5pm but if they can get to me sooner they will ring me back. Fine no worries, 2 hrs later they call me back to say actually there is no one in my area today and it won’t be till Mon afternoon. What a joke, what kind of business is run this way. I would not use these people if they were the only people out there.. It’s disgraceful!!

Do not order from Gooseberry! I ordered hair product £50.50 on 5/12/19 I still haven’t received my order and after several emails and phone calls have had no correspondence . My credit card company are now looking into getting my money back.

Absolutely gutted for my two year old son After setting the Range Rover up and charging it doesn’t work and the steering wheel doesn’t fit!!!!! Fuming is an understatement. I want a full refund and I am not paying for postage to return the broken car to you! Becky from Cheltenham would like a response from you ASAP 😡😡😡😡😡😡

My daughter purchased a dinning room table and chairs and the sales man talked them into taking out a extra five years insurance,explaining that any problems would be dealt with.She return to the shop after one month as she was disappointed in product and it appeared faulty.Extremely poor customer aftercare.Last week I was at her property when the assessor came to review the fault .He verbally quoted that it appeared there was a fault and that the furniture appeared not to have the top protection coat or lacquer.How ever today we have liaised with Oakland furniture to discover ,he didn’t write that in his report and at present this company are offering no support.Is he on top commissions for not recommended repair or replacement! I would like people to beware of appalling quality if furniture and after service .Its also strange when you use the site to review furniture,there isn’t many reviews and unlike other companies you can’t seem to add your own reviews on the site ,therefore does the company screen reviews !

Shocking service. Ordered a top on the 27th of November still not recived, havnt even been given an order number yet you've took the money out my bank, emailed your team twice and had no response even commented on your Facebook page and my comment has suddenly disappeared are you even planning too send me the item or are you just taking my money....

My shower was not working well. The plumber found limescale on the valve regulating hot/cold. Once cleaned the water coming out is scalding hot. Spoke to them on Friday. No one available till Monday. Not very impressed.

Having a terrible experience with gooseberry. They will not refund me money for a product that never arrived. I would not recommend this company. I am still chasing a refund months later.
