If I could give zero stars, I would. The rugs I received were yellow, not ivory, as pictured on the website. When I contacted the company for a return, they stated the rugs were not eligible for return because it was a clearance item. No where on the product page or on the checkout page did it state they were “final sale”… I found this in small print on the return policy in a different part of the website. The customer service reps were rude when responding to my emails and I ended up sending the rugs back, paying for the shipping myself. I only received a fraction of the cost of the rugs refunded to my credit card. Save yourself the headache and order from a different website.
