I paid for a yearly comprehensive policy in June 2025. In October 2025 my new employer required that l have business insurance so l requested for this change in my policy and was anticipating that l would only require to adjust payment. I was advised that the insurers were unable to do this. I then requested to cancel the policy and get a refund for rest of the year obviously less cancellation fee. I was only refunded £77 for the remaining months. I was very disappointed and will not take out a policy with you again or recommend you to any of my friends or family.
