“Katt Diamonds is the worst! Customer service is nonexistent. Products are cheap and take forever to receive. Purchased earrings as a gift. When they came 3+weeks later, to late and to cheap to give. I reached out to say I was unsatisfied and wasted refund. They were returned and received 11/28/2025. I have yet to receive a refund. Steer clear of them. I have a dispute with the finance company and a complaint with the BBB.”
“I booked and paid for a van on find my man and van, we arranged a time and drivers kept on delaying in end there was a family emergency, so had to cancel the van, they told me I would receive and full refund within 5-10 business days and 1 month later am still awaiting my refund, ive tried calling them different times of days, even left voice message asking them to call me back and still not heard off them. Only response I got was email saying could take longer due to festive season, but refund was expected 10 business days from Nov.”

“My sister and I lost our mum and dad within 5 months of each other in 2024. Mum had already pre arranged her cremation with Bare. We decided to honour our mum with a memorial service using Bare’s services. My contact was Michelle and she was so caring, professional and organised. When dad passed, I immediately contacted Bare and asked for Michelle as I knew we could rely on her. Bare arranged dad’s cremation for us as well. I can’t recommend Bare funerals enough. We used Bare for dad’s service booklets and they were beautifully done. Bare did a great job with both mum and dad’s photo tributes too. Thank you to Michelle for being so caring and available whenever I needed to chat. It was very comforting knowing we were in good hands during these stressful and devastating times.”
“I paid for a yearly comprehensive policy in June 2025. In October 2025 my new employer required that l have business insurance so l requested for this change in my policy and was anticipating that l would only require to adjust payment. I was advised that the insurers were unable to do this. I then requested to cancel the policy and get a refund for rest of the year obviously less cancellation fee. I was only refunded £77 for the remaining months. I was very disappointed and will not take out a policy with you again or recommend you to any of my friends or family.”
