First of all delivery well fast comes to mind. never had anything by any other outdoor companies deliver so fast.now boots first pair I have bought of grisport .Saracens Brown, well did a 11 mile walk yesterday and boots are great very comfortable it was a warm day so very pleased.Have to wait until it rains to see if fully waterproof but have every confidence in the boots. keep you up to date on that
