I bought a single 600X1800 radiator it was delivered by dpd left in my porch lent up against our front door. I checked all packaging and seemed to be in very good condition. I left it a few weeks before opening it as wanted to leave for the plumber to open, fitted so it wouldn’t get damaged. Unfortunately when plumber arrived to install it there was a few issues: damaged top and side panels, bent air valve, and scratches on top. I then emailed and explained the situation with photos, and with in hour I had a response. Jessie response was very professional and quick to sort out the problem. I found the company very good and professional would recommend them to anyone.
