I don’t usually make reviews, but this company is outstanding on product quality and customer service. My stair gate had broke and I thought a spare piece might fix it, so I rang up and explained what happed. Rachel was very helpful, she was trying to see if a spare part would work, but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed. Instead the company are sending me a new stair gate in replacement! How lovely is that! I will be definitely buying more things from this company.
