Fantastic customer service.
My retractable stair gate broke, and after talking and emailing Rachel. The company sent me a new replacement gate as mine couldn't be fixed. I rang on the Monday about my problem and by Friday I received the gate. Very high standard of quality and care in my opinion. Thanks again for all your help Gemma x
