When I opened the box the flowers were disappointing some were squashed others were wilting such a shame. It’s very poor as the sender finds time to order them and these things are never cheap. You feel excited that you have received a parcel only to be let down when yo open them.
I am still awaiting a reply from Serenata.
The delivery man just left them on the door step after only knocking once by the time I got to the door he was gone!
