Ordered flowers for my daughter, paid for next day delivery which included 6 mths free delivery.
Flowers arrived 3 days late and in a poor condition - limp & lifeless, not worth the money - looked more like flowers from the garage forecourt, Really disappointed. Requested full refund.
4 emails later finally rec’d a response asking for more info, another 2 emails sent, still no response.
Come on Prestige Flowers respond and issue a refund.
