I have been trying to use them for the last 10 months. They are habitually not on time and have even called to simply cancel and not show up when I have rearranged my schedule to be home for them. Not clear to me who is the customer - me or Molly Maid. Are often in a rush and simply ignore things that they were asked to do. Poor service.
