“First cleaning service…on time and love that they have a team of 2 cleaning staff at a time. There were only a couple of minor things that were undone, but did not get a chance to do a walk through before the team had left. A nice job overall , but I give them 4 stars.”

That being said, Allison in the office - needs a little work. She told me they would be here between 9:30 and 10:30 and the team showed up at 9:00. Allison also said that I would receive a text- before they got here- but Allison wrote down the wrong number. It was chaotic at first- since I was in the shower when they came - but after everything settled down.
Bottom line - the gals did a GREAT job and they make a GREAT team!!! Money well spent.”

In my experience ,this is not cleaning .
In my opinion.
Due to inconsistent training,
constant change of training and cleaning, the constant run around on what and how the job is to even be cleaned , leading to more confusion.
constant change of staffing and office crew.
misunderstood communication .
No understanding of basic communication causing confusion on both ends of communication.
constant interruption, during training , improper knowledge of cleaning supplies with improper instructions of of use .
Lack of knowledge or understanding of what cleaning even is.
Constant miss calculation on estimations for time of cleaning not enough time is given for the amount of square footage that each job has, causing clients to either pay more or the employee is then left to suffer from the inconsistent timeframe that it would take to properly clean a job. Mismanagement from this business owner is causing a ripple effect to the employee left, wondering what to do or what to do next
I hope and pray , no one has to go through what I have gone through working for this business owner

As a mother of five and a grandmother of three, I would recommend to the public conduct your research prior to contracting with this business at this location in Norcross Ga.

“This was my second time having Maid Maid clean our home. Vivian and Casey were very thorough. Casey concentrated in the kitchen and I think she touched every surface. Even my window above kitchen sink sparkled. I saw Vivian on her hands and knees cleaning my laundry room. They mopped entire house and bathrooms were shiny and clean. The team was on time, professional and friendly. I like the products they use to clean because there is not a lingering heavy fragrant scent. Scheduling a cleaning was easy and Courtney accommodated my schedule.”
