“Molly Maid stated what a customer can expect from their service, but they did not deliver what they promised. I called and texted them for correction of services. My last service they broke a faucet and ceiling fan in the same cleaning trip. I was done. They then offered in good faith free cleaning to reimburse me for my $500 plumber bill. They sent their handyman to fix the ceiling fan. The follow up call they rescinded their offer to offer the cleaning services. I am done letting them not do what they say they commit to doing nor do I want them to continue to break items in my home with zero accountability. One time I had to click the number as a new client to get them to answer their phone because if you are an existing client there in zero priority but if you hit option one for new client you speak to a live person. I had a death in the family on the day I was scheduled to get a cleaning and had people at my home so I chose option one for immediate response due to having a house full of people that were grieving from the loose the day before. Rio Rancho, NM Molly Maid needs an over hall the owner is invisible but must be consulted on every customer service resolution but does not call his customers. Bye Molly Maid. You lost a loyal customer due to your poor business practices.”

“Was charged $700 for a 5hr deep cleaning job. Only 3 bathrooms and master bedroom were cleaned. Avit in the kitchen l, microwave inside wasn't cleaned. The entire house wasn't vacuumed. They claimed to have swept the living room. I called to complain and they said they did everything and will talk to the supervisor to clarify. They haven't responded since. Its been a week”
“DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE , UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY.
My service was booked for entire house and was quoted $450+taxes by them to which I agreed, but after coming they started calling me every 10-15 min and said they want to increase the rate, they made atleast 7-8 such calls during 4 hours and finally quoted a new price 560 which was $100 more that the agreed price and 7/8 calls were so annoying.
Now coming to the cleaning part, it was even more terrible. No
lampshades were dusted , no vents , no counter overhead, no baseboards were cleaned at all and every other thing I had to keep chasing them and get cleaned , I had to dedicate my 4-5 hours staying behind them , plus the cleaners were roaming with their shoes on the entire house.
And the strange part is that since the day of service I tried contacting but they arent responding my messages or calls.”

“I am 83 and never had a cleaning service. My back is bad and my children said, Mom it’s time to get a professional cleaning service to clean your apartment. I called Molly Maid. I was looking forward to seeing my condo sparkling clean. OMG. I was soooo very disappointed in the results. The stainless steel Kitchen appliances were only wiped with a cloth. They looked dull and not what I had expected. The floors were only wiped with a damp mop. Again not property cleaned with soap and water. The glass table tops were also just wiped with a damp cloth that made the glass look dull. The leather chesterfields looked like they had not been touched.
Basically everything was just wiped with a damp cloth or damp mop. Nothing was properly cleaned. Plus the cleaners left before the full hour was up. I was charged 155.00 dollars plus tax for an unsatisfactory job. I was sooo disappointed. If only I had googled Molly Maid’s reviews first.
I could have just wiped everything myself and saved my money. I what my condo cleaned not wiped with damp clothes or mop. I WILL NEVER HIRE MOLLY MAID AGAIN. NEVER. I will get a reference from my friends who use a cleaning service that they are pleased with.”
