We have them come every 2 weeks and when they leave every room looks great. They pay attention to all the little details which is so appreciated They are cheerful and pleasant and are so nice to our 11 year old dog Willy. Carmen and Susana often train new employees which is ideal as they both have such high standards and are so consistent in how and thorough in how they clean. They destroyed and broke more furniture, floors, toilet seats and valuable paintings even though they were told from the beginning not to touch my paintings. This company is a big rip off. When you complain they do nothing and try to blame you for damage. I am definitely reporting them to BBB. Do Not Use.”

“Wow - almost $500 to clean 2.5 bathrooms, light dusting, and floors. Insane. The rooms and kitchen were already clean. I had a lady clean a 4000 square foot home for $150 including tip. This home is less than 2000 square feet for that insane price. And they didn’t even have to deep clean half of it. I’d find another service if I were you.”

“Overall they did a good job. But, absolutely no communication, as neither of the two spoke an English! We do live in an English speaking country!! They have a satisfaction guarantee, and I had two areas I was not satisfied with one I just pointed out a couple of spots not clean on the shower glass, she didn’t clean them either? The other was the master bath sink faucets, they are brass and showing some green patina. It was obvious the did not even attempt to clean! They did have their supervisor call me, at least she spoke half way good English. I invoked the satisfaction guarantee and she told me they needed stronger products, ok, you can send someone in the next few days. She absolutely refused to make it right! SO MUCH FOR THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.. Did not honor it. Never again”
“Elyria Ohio location. Two girls were sent at $140 an hour. The one girl was excellent to do deep cleaning and the other one just stood around most of the time talking with her until I said something. The second girl did the dusting and the mopping, and she didn’t even move the table or the barstools or pick up the carpet inside the hallway to mop under. She was very lazy. And for $255 the only deep cleaning that was done was by one of the girls and the other one had a free ride we will not be using them again. We asked for a deep cleaning along with having a refrigerator clean. The lazy girl decided to tell me that they don’t do refrigerators that have food in it. What I had in there was 99% condiments because we’re Snowbirds and we were leaving the next day. Called their office and they did not say that that was the case. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.”

BTW, today I introduced them to a dusting spray called End Dust - it's very effective used on a cloth and removes the need to "scatter" dust with a feather duster before polishing or wiping.”
