“I have never used a cleaning company before, but found it necessary to do so recently. I thought of Molly Maid because of their years of experience and reputation. Was I disappointed! I left the home with my sister in charge. My request was to centre around the bathrooms and kitchen and stove oven. The manager called me a couple hours later to say the girls were almost done and would I be home to do a walk thru. I explained that my sister was home and could do this. I called my sister not long after and she told me that the girls said they were finished but when she asked what was done in the bedroom, nothing had been moved or any knock knacks lifted to dust. Dusting was only around the edges of the items on the surface. Coming into the living room, the girls started doing the same with no pride in doing their job. My sister then told them to leave as we did not want to spend another penny on their negligent time! When I got home, the oven was in same state I left them with. What a disappointing experience. I will do my own cleaning moving forward! I spoke to the manager and he was defensive of his staff but had not spoken to them yet. He indicated that he would give a small discount. When I checked my visa, they had already charged for the full amount. So disappointed! I notice their are a few complaints like mine in the reviews.”
