“I have had Molly Maids since 2014. I have had mostly very consistent service with very few problems. The few times there has been an issue I have received prompt call backs where I have been able to fully discuss my concern.
Today I had Satin, Leeha and Sieona; they did a great job.”

“Lupe and Angelina are very friendly and courteous. My bathroom has never been cleaner. My only complaint is that I have noticed some scratches on my washer, toilet seat and floorboard in the utility room. Other than that, they do a very good job of cleaning, and I much appreciate their help.”
“I've worked with Molly Maids for several years. The ladies who do the cleaning do a thorough job every time. I think the one drawback I've experienced is that they're mainly available during regular business hours on weekdays and not weekends. Otherwise, I would recommend them.”
“We originally called for service and the first team came out, and did absolutely nothing. They also requested additional time that was not used wisely.
They sent out a second team Route 16 (Stacey and Victoria) and they did an amazing job. They both were very friendly, very detailed, hard workers, and did more work in less time than the previous team. We are grateful for Stacey and Victoria for going the extra mile. Although there are still areas that needs to be cleaned, these ladies were only able to do so much with the timeframe allowed.”

“The two girls who came to clean my apartment were very on time and were very friendly. They seemed like they were ready for the job and brought all the necessary materials that they needed to clean a space. They did a nice job on the two bathrooms and bedroom. They also did a nice job on the counters and stove top in the kitchen. However, they did not clean the laundry room. Well, there were still some dust that was in there. They also did not vacuum under the in the living room. They also did not vacuum the couch cushions, leaving a bunch of dirt and dust still in the couch. This is resulting in me, having to go back and clean the space And spaces that they missed. I think it was a good service, but I think if I were to hire them next time I would want them to be more thorough in the cleaning job they do.”

“This was the second time around, this time I watched, but could not be in every room ay one time. Didn't move two baskets on floor in bath when cleaning floor. After telling them they could use my swiffters on my medel plant stands, they were ignored. This I noticed after talking to the superviser. Sorrys guy's you need more traing in listening. Also when doing my lament floor you got it to wet and told her there where extra pads to use, also did not clean under edges of area rugs.”
“1st time with Molly Maid this past week. They had their work cut out for them as I've had a hard time physically. Tiffany and Melissa (team 10) are friendly, yet professional therefore, making me feel comfortable with them in my home. They worked hard and did a bang up job. Took a little longer than anticipated, but tackled their job like Champs. Look forward to them to continue cleaning my home.”

“A group of us decided to have our friend's house cleaned before she returned home after 4 months in medical facilities. The clean was good, albeit pricier than we thought it would be. I was the first to inspect the house with the Occupational Therapist and our friend, three days prior to her return. I noticed a few things that needed attention. Dora, the supervisor, came the next morning and walked through the house with me and we agreed a few things needed more elbow grease. Late in the day on the Friday before our friend's return, NANCY AND ARIANA arrived and went to hard work, correcting the problem areas. DORA joined them, and I was pleased when they finished. They were very pleasant, smiling, so polite, determined to have my approval. They gave the master suite an "over the top" cleaning. THANK YOU NANCY, ARIANA AND DORA. You worked hard and were focused, still smiling even though working late on a Friday! Be blessed. (Four stars is only because I had to call to correct a few things)”
