“We originally called for service and the first team came out, and did absolutely nothing. They also requested additional time that was not used wisely.
They sent out a second team Route 16 (Stacey and Victoria) and they did an amazing job. They both were very friendly, very detailed, hard workers, and did more work in less time than the previous team. We are grateful for Stacey and Victoria for going the extra mile. Although there are still areas that needs to be cleaned, these ladies were only able to do so much with the timeframe allowed.”

“The two girls who came to clean my apartment were very on time and were very friendly. They seemed like they were ready for the job and brought all the necessary materials that they needed to clean a space. They did a nice job on the two bathrooms and bedroom. They also did a nice job on the counters and stove top in the kitchen. However, they did not clean the laundry room. Well, there were still some dust that was in there. They also did not vacuum under the in the living room. They also did not vacuum the couch cushions, leaving a bunch of dirt and dust still in the couch. This is resulting in me, having to go back and clean the space And spaces that they missed. I think it was a good service, but I think if I were to hire them next time I would want them to be more thorough in the cleaning job they do.”

“This was the second time around, this time I watched, but could not be in every room ay one time. Didn't move two baskets on floor in bath when cleaning floor. After telling them they could use my swiffters on my medel plant stands, they were ignored. This I noticed after talking to the superviser. Sorrys guy's you need more traing in listening. Also when doing my lament floor you got it to wet and told her there where extra pads to use, also did not clean under edges of area rugs.”
