“HORRIBLE!! It was a terrible experience. All they care about is the money. I made a bad decision to go with them. The cleaning team cleaned my 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in less than 30 minutes. They came for 5 times after the initial cleaning and each time the work was less than the time before. NEVER agree to the coupon of $100.00 off. I had to pay this after five times of their coming. This company is clever in the way they set up their business and the service is VERY expensive. It was very foolish of me to waste my money and time on them. I cannot begin to say how disappointed and expensive to get away from them that this experience has been. Do not use this company.”

“Team 8 always on time, email day before confirms the time of arrival. They get right to work and leave the house fresh and well vacuumed. Would like a bit more under the beds vacuum and into the closets for dusting shelfs and a vacuum of the floors in closets. The bathrooms are done very nicely. Kitchen looks good, floors damp mopped. Wish they did windows too!”

“Team 9 from Molly Maid of SW Charlotte cleaned our home today and did a very good job. Would have been an excellent but for the streaks on the floor caused by not rinsing after mopping with dirty mop water. Other than the streaks, they did a much better job than our last 2 cleanings that did not clean the splashback behind the kithcen sink or clean the medicine cabinet mirrors. I like this team and with a couple of pointers from me next time, I hope to give them an excellent!”
