“This was my first time using this Cleaning service. I asked for a deep Spring Clean.
The lead cleaning lady Chrissy was very unprofessional and lied about cleaning areas specifically asked about. She missed several areas including the baseboards . She also did not clean up after cleaning the specific area I asked for. The Manager Rebecca gave me a $25 discount and charged $258 after the discount. It's definitely not worth the price as she refused a redo for the missed areas. Poor service and no accountability. They justify their actions by falsely accusing me of being disrespectful to their cleaner. If that was the case She wouldn't have stayed on to finish the clean. In my 20 year of having cleaning services no one has ever accused me of being disrespectful. It's hard to believe she is telling the truth especially after she already lied to me about the cleaning she said completed. Also it wasn't just the vents and the stove oven, she did not clean all of my baseboards, part of the living room. So hod do they justify giving a discount just because they missed a vent!!!! Dishonest company. I would not recommend them at all.”

“I never used this service before, I called asking for a deep cleaning. I was disappointed I fully expected the use of hot soapy water to clean floors and baseboards, all I got was swiffer. I could do that. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house 2 rooms didn’t need any cleaning I was charged a lot of money what was I thinking that I expected a fresh smell and no dust left behind. Mirrors had streaks, stove top was still streaky and a window in my kitchen was left with spots. I’m sad to say I won’t use Molly Maids again.”
“On the first appointment, a young lady came, and I walked her through my condo. She told me what they do and do not do. The only thing I asked was about the sliding glass doors and the tracks. She not only said that they would do that, she wrote it on the service estimate as well as the fact that I was quoted a price for 3 to hours--she said that it would probably be closer to 3.
Day one: (3 hours) They came, but did not finish the regular cleaning/wiping down, dusting etc.. and did not do the sliding glass doors. They called the next day, and they scheduled the team to return to finish.
Day two: (2 hours) They came and finish most of the work--not all--but the still did not finish all of the glass doors. A women called claiming that she was the owner called and said the there were misunderstandings (I have everything written down in the estimate) , but unfortunately, I was dumb enough to pay for the extra time, but the work was not completed. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule a biweekly clean with them.”
“This cleaning service started off nicely, then the team changed, and the service was awful...dirty tub, uncleaned shower, sink uncleaned, floors cleaned with old mop that left residue. So, the mgr sent the "best team", and I was quite satisfied. I told the mgr. that I wanted that particular team for all future visits. I missed the next appt, and called to cancel, due to hospitalization. I had to call twice, leaving messages, because I received a text that they were going to show up. The following week I received a text stating that they would be on schedule. I spent time decluttering, stripping beds, removing waste basket trash bags, and replacing rugs, to prepare for them. When they didn't show up, I called, and was told that there was confusion, but they could come the following day. I told the lady that I had 2 doctor's appointments, and that cancelling my service, after receiving a text stating that they would be on schedule, was unacceptable, and poor business practices. Next, the lady tried to reschedule for Wed. I repeated that their error was unacceptable, and told her that unless "the customary team could arrive at any time today", that I would cancel my service with this company. She asked me to wait, and she would see what she could do, and call me back. She called back, and once again, tried to reschedule the appointment, making excuses for their mismanagement error. I explained that I was "done with her excuses", and would no longer use their company, and to not call me back. So, I was left with both beds without clean sheets replaced, as I had taken off the dirty sheets, and nothing cleaned, ALL DUE TO THEIR CONFUSION, AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, WITH INCONSISTENT SERVICE QUALITY!”
“My house was supposed to be cleaned but it wasn’t!! Whoever was sent to do the job obviously parlayed instead of working! I have numerous pictures to show! I’m moving into the house. So it was an empty house easy to clean!”

In my experience ,this is not cleaning .
In my opinion.
Due to inconsistent training,
constant change of training and cleaning, the constant run around on what and how the job is to even be cleaned , leading to more confusion.
constant change of staffing and office crew.
misunderstood communication .
No understanding of basic communication causing confusion on both ends of communication.
constant interruption, during training , improper knowledge of cleaning supplies with improper instructions of of use .
Lack of knowledge or understanding of what cleaning even is.
Constant miss calculation on estimations for time of cleaning not enough time is given for the amount of square footage that each job has, causing clients to either pay more or the employee is then left to suffer from the inconsistent timeframe that it would take to properly clean a job. Mismanagement from this business owner is causing a ripple effect to the employee left, wondering what to do or what to do next
I hope and pray , no one has to go through what I have gone through working for this business owner
or what I have witnessed others go through working for this business owner.
As a mother of five and a grandmother of three, I would recommend to the public conduct your research prior to contracting with this business at this location in Norcross Ga.

“Expensive. Paid over $600 and they failed to clean everything. Mopped kitchen but not the living room, which they didn’t fully sweep. Broke some things as they went. Took 5 hours. Now I’m paying $300 to another company to come actually do the job.”
“We hired Molly Maid to clean our home on a biweekly basis. Both cleanings were not done well. We allowed them to come back the first time to address the issues, but not the second time. It is evident that Molly Maid does not value all their customers.”
“I hired Molly Maid to clean my house and the services were bad in that I did not get the cleaning services I requested.
One of the cleaning ladies could not speak English. She was constantly being guided by the other representatives.
They spent a lot if time upstairs and when we asked about downstairs, the English speaking representative said they would be finished on the 2nd floor shortly.
However, when they finally came down, it was fifteen minutes before it was time for them to leave. They rush downstairs cleaning. When I informed that they had not clean two tables properly because there were crumbs still remaining on the table, she then cleaned it. I noticed after they left, there were still dust on the white crown modeling in the dinning room, dinning room floors still had the same water droplet stains from the night before. Overall a host of unclean areas.
I called and complained, but Molly Maid did not try to make the situation right to resolve the service challenges.
I do not recommend using their service.”
“I have used Molly Maids since they first came to Albuquerque under the previous owners. Minerva has been my team leader for about 8- 10 years. I’ve been pleased with the work that they have done and the speed with which they did it. In the past, there have been accidents where things got broken or damaged and Molly Maids has always stood behind it and repaired the damage. Last week, they scratched my stainless steel stove top. This was not a small scratch and whoever did it would have known immediately what had happened. In fact, they called me to tell me there was a scratch on the stove top that they couldn’t get out and they took pictures. Why would they do that unless they knew there was going to be a problem? They sent a supervisor out to look at it and the maids claimed that it was like that when they got here. It most definitely was not. The girl in the office called me a liar. Minerva knows what happened and that’s for her to live with. If you think you’re paying extra by having Molly Maids as your service, think again they obviously no longer stand behind their work. I have canceled my service – not because they scratched my stove top, because things happen, but because they called me a liar.”
“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Molly Maid and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. They spent barely one hour “cleaning” a four-bedroom house, which is absolutely unacceptable for the size and scope of the job. The bathrooms were completely ignored, there was hair everywhere, and they didn’t even bother to vacuum the floors.
When I contacted them to address these issues, they refused to come back to redo the cleaning or offer any kind of refund. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I paid for a thorough cleaning service and received something that looked like a rushed, careless job.
If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning company that values its customers and delivers quality work, Molly Maid is NOT the one. This was a waste of money and time, and I will never use their services again.”
“Molly Maid was absolutely terrible. Not only did they do a really passive and subpar job cleaning my apartment after my tenant’s already cleaned so it wasn’t that bad to begin with, but they were defensive about it.
From the start, there was a lack of clarity of how they were to obtain the keys, and I emailed them well ahead of time to say I would not be present for the clean so I would not be able to hand the keys off in person.
I realized nobody had contacted me about this the morning of the clean, so I called them in the morning and their manager was very defensive, saying that they don’t normally pick up keys for clients, insinuating a lack of preparedness on my part as if they were doing me a favor. It was in fact me doing them a favour by being proactive to call ahead of time.
Next, I took videos and photos to show the terrible job they did and emailed them, and I received a call back that they offered to come and clean the apartment again. I didn’t want them to clean the apartment again because I don’t trust them to do a good job a second time if they didn’t do a good job the first time. The person who called me back then said that mistakes happen and I can’t expect it to be perfect and that stains and drips were left behind because they don’t want to use harsh chemicals. Every excuse under the sun as to why it was not spotless as it should have been for almost a $500 bill for a relatively clean, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment.
They then presented me with the lowest offer of a refund, and I accepted because I was tired of fighting on the phone, which was my mistake. I ended up having to hire a second cleaner who did an amazing job.
I should not have accepted their first refund offer as it was not representative of the inconvenience they caused me and the headache they caused. For some reason I can’t upload my photos, it says they could not be processed. But I have about 10 photos and 5 videos of the spots, splashes and smears they left behind.”

I paid $382.00 to clean 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, dust the dining room, and living room, and clean the top stove. They complained loudly how dirty one bathroom was. The lady came out told me they would do dust baseboard’s, light fixtures, furniture ,shelves, blinds and decor. Vacuum/mop all floors,carpet, rugs, cloth furniture, glass surfaces makeup or straighten bed linens plus empty waste basket. BS I called bc none of it was done all half done. Then the dirty water they throw on ur driveway.”
“Cancel after second cleaning they just don’t understand what clean is as a company, it’s not that they have bad intentions, but taking dirty water and running it all over a very expensive million dollar home on the floor and walking around with your shoes in the house and not wearing the booties that you were asked to wear, it’s just Unacceptable in my opinion for $220 a visit, I’m better off getting down on my hands and knees just to clean it without having to pay you guys first cause that’s what I have to do after you leave is re-cleaning the floor every time so sad.”
