Called Molly Maid in Webster TX. 281 815 4021. Said needed $60.00 up front before cleaning and wanted credit card for payment before scheduled appt. Is this correct. Others I have spoken with said was not required of them.

Avoid Molly Maid of Greater Miami. I booked a 1-bedroom apartment cleaning for $280 with a confirmed arrival text window of 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. They completely failed to respect my time: • 12:09 PM: I had to call them. They told me they would be there close to 1:00 PM. • 1:02 PM: Received a text saying they were still 35 minutes away. • 1:36 PM: Called again to cancel because I had work commitments. They claimed they were "10 minutes away" and offered a $25 discount. Because they were over an hour and a half late, I officially cancelled. Despite no services being rendered, they told me I had to pay an $80 cancellation fee. To make matters worse, they went ahead and charged my credit card $85 without my authorization. Charging a customer a punitive cancellation fee when the COMPANY breaks the arrival window is completely unacceptable. I am currently disputing this unauthorized charge with my bank and have contacted corporate. Save yourself the headache and hire a reliable service that respects your time.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Molly Maid was by far the worst cleaning service experience I have ever had. Before the appointment, I clearly communicated multiple times—on different days—that my top priority was having the carpets steam cleaned. I left my steam cleaner available for use and even purchased and left the cleaning products on the counter specifically for that purpose. When I returned home, none of the carpets had been steam cleaned. The problems didn't stop there. During the cleaning, a large section of plaster was knocked off one of my walls, leaving significant damage that my apartment maintenance team will not repair at no cost. I also have before-and-after photos showing that my kitchen floor was not properly mopped, despite that being part of the service I paid for. Because I have security cameras in my home, I am able to verify what work was and was not completed. The condition of my home after the visit did not reflect the level of service that was promised or paid for. I contacted the company last week to address these concerns and expected a prompt resolution. Instead, days later, I am still waiting for meaningful accountability or a satisfactory response. At this point, I do not believe I should be charged for this service. The work I specifically requested was not completed, property damage occurred, and basic cleaning tasks appear to have been missed. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company based on the service I received.

Worst cleaning service ever. Do not use. They lie on the phone and give a rate and then charge double because they send two people instead of one. When I phoned to ask why, they said they were charging me double because I would not continue to use their services.

Molly Maids in Suwanee, GA was horrible! I needed a move out cleaning and specifically stated it needed to be move in ready, well it wasn't!! The apartment complex charged me a cleaning fee on top of what I paid Molly Maids.

If I would leave zero stars, I had to use my own cleaning materials as theirs we’re not clean, I don’t want someone else’s dirt in my home, the cleaners were nice enough. arrived 1.1/4 hours late. Grossly overrated and priced , would definitely not recommend, you are paying for their reps. Fancy uniforms and transport. I will not be using them again, once bitten twice shy.

I would not recommend using Molly Maid. My experience was very disappointing. The cleaning was inconsistent and often only done superficially. Areas that were included in the quoted price—such as bathrooms, light fixtures, and baseboards—were not cleaned as promised. When I raised my concerns, management was unwilling to work with me to resolve the issues. For the amount charged, I expected much better quality and customer service. Overall, the service was not worth the money, and I was frustrated by the lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would not use Molly Maid again.

I would give Molly Maid a zero if possible. Did not do a bed, broke a family heirloom of a ceramic piece hand made by my 92 year old mother. Happy Mothers Day to me. I asked for a supervisor- none available. I am in tears over this irresponsible cleaning company- I also want a call back from the CEO since nobody cares when I call.

I’m not the one to complain very often, but I have to be honest. Do not use. Molly Maid. This company is a joke. I live in a 1000 foot square-foot apartment the company proceeded to come first time around and they completely didn’t do a good job whatsoever. It was almost like they did a partial cleaning for them to charge me and then I have to call for a second team to come out and do the same exact job because they didn’t do anything whatsoever. There were spots that were missed and not even cleaned. There were spots that weren’t cleaned in general, including the bathtubs. After reading reviews, it’s pretty consistent thing that they come to a partial cleaning and then try to charge you for a full cleaning after the second team comes. I was speaking with one of the team members and I was completely hung up on after trying to work something out. I am more than happy to pay for people’s time but not for a scam. Do not use Molly maid.

Horrible! Rush through and spot clean. My bathroom floor and bathtubs have been dirty after they were here and I purposely left spots on floors and bathtub to see if they’d clean and they did not! They use vacuum on vinyl flooring and just run a mop over floor with no effort whatsoever. They miss spots around toilet and near cabinets all of the time! I don’t use my garden rib, but it still needs cleaned, yet they don’t! I’ve complained many times to no avail. Sent pictures. I’m always told it will be addressed, yet the crew that shows up is unaware of anything. They are in and out in under a hour. Time to look for a new company!

This was my first time using this Cleaning service. I asked for a deep Spring Clean. The lead cleaning lady Chrissy was very unprofessional and lied about cleaning areas specifically asked about. She missed several areas including the baseboards . She also did not clean up after cleaning the specific area I asked for. The Manager Rebecca gave me a $25 discount and charged $258 after the discount. It's definitely not worth the price as she refused a redo for the missed areas. Poor service and no accountability. They justify their actions by falsely accusing me of being disrespectful to their cleaner. If that was the case She wouldn't have stayed on to finish the clean. In my 20 year of having cleaning services no one has ever accused me of being disrespectful. It's hard to believe she is telling the truth especially after she already lied to me about the cleaning she said completed. Also it wasn't just the vents and the stove oven, she did not clean all of my baseboards, part of the living room. So hod do they justify giving a discount just because they missed a vent!!!! Dishonest company. I would not recommend them at all.

They do not reply to text messages. I don't want to talk on the phone, they send you an initial text message saying they can answer any questions, you ask questions and they never reply, ever!

I never used this service before, I called asking for a deep cleaning. I was disappointed I fully expected the use of hot soapy water to clean floors and baseboards, all I got was swiffer. I could do that. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house 2 rooms didn’t need any cleaning I was charged a lot of money what was I thinking that I expected a fresh smell and no dust left behind. Mirrors had streaks, stove top was still streaky and a window in my kitchen was left with spots. I’m sad to say I won’t use Molly Maids again.

On the first appointment, a young lady came, and I walked her through my condo. She told me what they do and do not do. The only thing I asked was about the sliding glass doors and the tracks. She not only said that they would do that, she wrote it on the service estimate as well as the fact that I was quoted a price for 3 to hours--she said that it would probably be closer to 3. Day one: (3 hours) They came, but did not finish the regular cleaning/wiping down, dusting etc.. and did not do the sliding glass doors. They called the next day, and they scheduled the team to return to finish. Day two: (2 hours) They came and finish most of the work--not all--but the still did not finish all of the glass doors. A women called claiming that she was the owner called and said the there were misunderstandings (I have everything written down in the estimate) , but unfortunately, I was dumb enough to pay for the extra time, but the work was not completed. She had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to schedule a biweekly clean with them.

This cleaning service started off nicely, then the team changed, and the service was awful...dirty tub, uncleaned shower, sink uncleaned, floors cleaned with old mop that left residue. So, the mgr sent the "best team", and I was quite satisfied. I told the mgr. that I wanted that particular team for all future visits. I missed the next appt, and called to cancel, due to hospitalization. I had to call twice, leaving messages, because I received a text that they were going to show up. The following week I received a text stating that they would be on schedule. I spent time decluttering, stripping beds, removing waste basket trash bags, and replacing rugs, to prepare for them. When they didn't show up, I called, and was told that there was confusion, but they could come the following day. I told the lady that I had 2 doctor's appointments, and that cancelling my service, after receiving a text stating that they would be on schedule, was unacceptable, and poor business practices. Next, the lady tried to reschedule for Wed. I repeated that their error was unacceptable, and told her that unless "the customary team could arrive at any time today", that I would cancel my service with this company. She asked me to wait, and she would see what she could do, and call me back. She called back, and once again, tried to reschedule the appointment, making excuses for their mismanagement error. I explained that I was "done with her excuses", and would no longer use their company, and to not call me back. So, I was left with both beds without clean sheets replaced, as I had taken off the dirty sheets, and nothing cleaned, ALL DUE TO THEIR CONFUSION, AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES, WITH INCONSISTENT SERVICE QUALITY!

My house was supposed to be cleaned but it wasn’t!! Whoever was sent to do the job obviously parlayed instead of working! I have numerous pictures to show! I’m moving into the house. So it was an empty house easy to clean!

3 ladies came in to my home didn’t even greet me, rolled eyes, and constantly ignored me. They made excuses as to why they couldn’t clean my home.

The price for Molly Maid is expensive and because of their poor services, you are being over paid. Subpar cleaning, including noticeable dust, sticky surfaces, un-scrubbed surfaces and more. The contact said, deep-cleaning their services did not provide, do not waste your time and money on Molly Maid.
