“They are theives. The stole several items out of my closet. Unfortunately cant pin point to who did it as they sent different people all 5 times. I would give them a negative rating if I could.”
“My mom was looking for monthly cleanings for a one-level townhouse. They didn’t show up for the appraisal appointment, then said they would do it over the phone. Said they would charge $170 for the regular monthly cleaning, which is a bit expensive for the size of her home—but she was required to first have an “initial” cleaning that would cost her “somewhere between $350-$420.” If they had bothered to come for the free in-person appointment that they advertise, they would have seen that my mom’s home is very tidy and clean—certainly not worthy of a $400 cleaning. Sounds like a rip-off of an elderly person and very disappointing to my mom.”
“I had a house renters moved out of it was very dirty. On the website says cleans fridge and stove BUT they only mean the outside you have REQUEST the inside to be done I paid over 800.00 they only vacuum carpets and I am not sure if they did anything to my hardwood floors, my tub is still nasty was told they cleaned air vents but they actually only dust. I took a towel and wiped out drawers and there was a lot of dirt on the towel I used. NOT HAPPY CALLED them and was told they will come back and dust the air vents again. And look at the cabinets I already removed the water bc I didn't want any water damage. I am so disappointed the amount they charged and no be a full complete clean... I would never use them again or recommend them.”
“WORST cleaning service ever! We paid $330 for a 2 hour cleaning and they didn't do a thing! It's a total rip off! None of the furniture was cleaned, none of the counters- kitchen and bathrooms-they didnt vacuumed the area rugs or clean under the tables. I called and the woman told me they don't move furniture. I asked specifically if they clean under the tables and I got no answer. They mopped the floors just with water.no soap or detergents. None of the kitchen islands were cleaned either. TOTAL RIP OFF! Molly maid of Sarasota simply sucks! they should not be in the cleaning business!”
“I moved in my home on 10/20/22, First, they never called to tell me they were in route, fortunately, I was home since I was constantly making runs. Second, I asked them to start in the family room and kitchen but they want to start up stairs… they were up there for 2 hours doing who knows what because they could NOT have possibly been cleaning. They charge me an addition fee to clean the stove and refrigerator they just wiped them down, there was still food crumbs and such in the frigid. There was hair left on the toilets and sinks, mildew still in the shower…I have wood floors they were dusty the money they charge is ridiculous for the results. Please believe I don’t mine paying for go service. I just moved in so I want it cleaned… obviously what I view as clean and what MM

“Terrible job! Asked to clean oven and shower especially. 3 women for 2 hours and nothing was done. The owner called and said their people don’t do restoration, implying the house was filthy. In fact, the house was very clean! The living room floor was never swept or mopped. The bathroom shower was not cleaned. Expensive and awful— a bad combination!!!”
“I had a horrible experience very disappointed will never use the service again they offered to send the gals back out to clean up what they missed ( of course on their schedule) I am not good at confrontations but really I'm supposed to follow the gals around you missed this and that, and that. How uncomfortable is that. What should happened is a free cleaning or refund some of the $358.00 I paid for 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom living kitchen utility room. I feel so stupid for being taken advantage of. I was also told that my expectations were not on the same playing field.. really cleaning is what I expected the list is so long. Neither bathroom had the trash bag emptied their were so many stains on the shelf in the bathroom all I did after they left was wipe it with a wet rag and it came clean the floors were still so dirty after they mopped the floors. They did do a nice job on some things but for a first time clean it was AWFUL. So so disappointed 😞”
“I had great service for last address that I did a move out with, that team made everything shine. So I wanted to continue with Molly maid service to do bi-weekly cleaning at my new location within the same city. However believe it is a different office.
I have just had them since Jun and they have totally ruined the master shower. They don’t clean where the side meets bottom and now growing grout. They have also ruined all the sides and door they are scratched all up like they are using steal wool or something and have been getting worse most likely will have to replace them.
First or second time here they knocked into a wax warmer on the counter and that split wax all down inside and didn’t say anything we didn’t notice for a few days.
Sometimes when they take things out to do the floors they leave them sitting out in the middle of other room and don’t put them back not even at the edge of room but right in the middle.
This has now put a very bad taste in my mouth for Molly Maid and after a super first experience with them. And now even Leary to try another company.
I have even texted the service after last cleaning and sent picture and have never heard nothing from them since.”
“Molly Maid is a joke. They didn’t even clean one bathroom. They also skipped the baseboards, light fixtures and windows and the vacuuming looked like it was done by Stevie Wonder. For this I was charged $300. And I got the “Deep Clean Special “. More like the “F@&k It Special “. I will be disputing this with visa once it posts. If you’re looking for a cleaning service, keep looking. This one isn’t it.”
“I did not hire them. The representative who came to my home for an estimate was a condescending snob. My home is not cluttered. My bathrooms and kitchen where clean. I am elderly and live alone. Based on that one experience I would never give this company my business.”
“Absolutely terrible experience on the cleaning service, they damaged the appliances, I had to get new one, on top of that they have charged me exorbitantly despite of owner promising not to charge me. The staffs also say lot of lies, and try to put the blame on my appliances. Would not recommend this service at all.”
“They charge a lot for a diet cleaning and all they do is swifter. They don’t move things like lamps on nightstand.I payed 190.00 for the 1st cleaning I live alone in 789 sf . I didn’t have them make my bed . I wanted blinds cleaned and bathroom and kitchen. Wow they missed the top of refrigerator didn’t clean a room of blinds only clean one side of patio door NEVER AGAIN.I could of done what they did in 3 hours.”
“Bad job to work at have to be rushed through a job the leads don’t do their job when other employees are on the phones homes not being cleaned properly no breaks or lunches have to eat crackers in between houses getting In trouble if we take more then 15 minutes getting to a house also houses have to be cleaned in less then 2 hours instead of cleaning the way a house should be cleaned only products that are used are dawn and all purpose spray and depends on crews only all purpose is used instead of scrubbing the bathroom down vacuums don’t pick up worst place to work at employees talking about other employees Molly maid of lubbock is the worst place”

“I attempted to speak to the housekeepers several times about what needed done, what didn’t need done, what main focuses should be. I was told at four different times the house was clean and I pointed out everything that was not done. Finally I gave up because they kept pretending to not understand me. The windows are not cleaned, mirrors are not cleaned, couch cushions not cleaned, walls not cleaned, baseboards not cleaned, doorframes not cleaned, doors not cleaned, kitchen table not cleaned, bed headboards and footboards not cleaned, dresser tops not cleaned, shutters not cleaned. There is dust everywhere and pet hair. My kids rooms look like they weren’t even attempted to be cleaned. Everything I was promised in regards to service was not carried out. The only thing that looks done are the toilets and showers. The group of four did more gossiping in Spanish than cleaning. I’ve had housekeepers in the past but none that have done such a minimal job as those who were here. I looked on the company website at services that will be provided and I only wish that was what I had received.”
“I moved into a duplex that your Company cleaned, and I have never seen such crappy work in my life. I guess your company doesn’t think that cleaning the stove and refrigerator is part of house cleaning. You took advantage of an 80 yr. old woman and you should be ashamed of yourselves. At least when I clean it I know it will be clean. Never recommend your company to anybody”
