If I could give negative stars, I would. We tried cancelling service the night before it was scheduled because my inlaws were in town. We have a big, barky dog so I always take her to dog day care when the ladies come. This time, I didnt’ because we cancelled. Or so I thought. The team showed up as I was leaving for work. I told them we had cancelled. They left inside of 5 mins after arriving. Still got charged. I called dispatch. They said they wouldn’t refund. I asked to speak to the supervisor. The receptionist said the supervisor would call back. The supervisor never did. I called back a week later. Got the same song and dance. I again asked to speak to a supervisor and said if they were unable to refund the fee I would take my business elsewhere. They called back, but I was at work and they were scheduled to do a cleaning the next day, so I wanted to wait until after the crew came to cancel because I was concerned about shenanigans. The crew never came. I called back and the dispatcher said they didn't arrive because I threatened to terminate service. I then cancelled the service. This was after another instance where I asked to reschedule a service they charged me for and they never came, despite me taking the dog out of the house for three days. Lousy customer service. We’ve been customers for years. There are lots of reputable cleaning services out there. Do yourself a favor and choose another one. Molly Maids doesn’t care about customers. At all.
