“Hi called them to do a move in clean for my elderly parents. My mom is 87 and my dad 77 with stage four bladder cancer. Their health is not great to say the least so they cannot clean like they used to. They just bought a house in Henderson and when I called I explain what I was looking for and what I needed and the age of my parents and the condition my parents are in. I was promised that they would clean everything as I paid for a move-in clean. I wanted all the filth and dirt from the old homeowners to be gone so my mom and dad can move into a clean house and not have to worry about anything. We had to keep bringing the housekeeper back to wipe out bathroom drawers as there was hair from the previous owner. During their time in my parents house, they never change the water use the same dirty rag started in the bathroom ended up in the kitchen. I don’t know how this could even be sanitary. When I looked in my parents cabinets and in their island, old food was still there, my parents was not happy at all. Unfortunately, I was not able to call right away but when I did call, the lady told me pretty much I am SOL saying that if I would’ve called sooner, she would’ve sent them out in 24 hours to re-clean. I let her know that my parents do not want them back to their house at all as they were not listening to them and not speaking enough, English to communicate with my elderly parents. She told me that there was notes in there that the blinds was already broken which that is a lie. She tried to tell me that they do not do clean inside cabinets on a occupied house. My parents have not moved anything into their house. They sat on to outside lawn furniture, have a blowup mattress and paper plates. How can you say that this house was already occupied so you cannot clean in drawers. I am very disappointed in the customer service as I work as a manager in customer service and get these types of calls.
Even me, not being able to call them right away the manager, or the lady I talk to really should’ve had more customer service and not tell me oh so sorry you called too late. To keep great reviews you try to make the customer happy if they’re saying the service was not done, right You try to fix it if you can’t send them back out understandable as but you try to do some thing to compensate to say I’m sorry for your experience. Let me try to make it better. This company does not do that at all . They just want to charge you a very high rate to come in and say that they are going to clean every baseboard over the door frames and every cabinets, the showers everything and did none of that again same dirty rag throughout the entire house with a dirty bucket is their type of cleaning and to charge so much. Do not use this company as they will not clean like they say they will over the phone, the housekeepers will rush through the job and when you call, they will have some excuse on why they can’t make it right. Worst company ever.
I would really appreciate a callback from someone in corporate. As I say, I am a manager that deals in customer service and with corporate, so I know that these reviews are seen. I will be waiting for someone besides the lady I talk to today to call me back. I want them to know how their customers are treated.

“Do NOT recommend. We hired Molly Maid at a rate of $180 an hour for a move-in/out cleaning. We agreed to pay for 3 hours, which adds up to $540. The cost is very expensive, however we thought it was worth it if they did a good job. There were 3 cleaners that came and the cleaning they did was nice, however they only stay 2.5 hours, which means they shorted us 30 minutes ($90). My husband and I both called to express our dissatisfaction. We both spoke with Moni. She said she would talk to her manager and get right back to us. We never got a call back. I assume they called the cleaners because they were sitting in their car in our driveway for 45 minutes before they left. The cleaners could have just as easily came back inside to finish the 3 hours that we agreed to pay for. We have renters moving in this weekend and will now need to do the remainder of the cleaning which includes baseboards, walls, cobwebs, windowsills, etc. I am very unhappy with not only being shorted 30 minutes, but also for the lack of care and concern from the office staff.”
“This is the first time I've ever taken service from them. Three people arrived, and the leader of the team dawn's attitude was simply horrible. They parked in the driveway at 2:15 but did not start working until 2:35 but they estimated their time from then, moreover, at the end they were simply trying to do a rush job. At the end when she wanted me to sign the document when I wanted to have a go through she told me I walked over the kitchen when she was moping, then I answered back did I ask them to re-do the moping, or told anything about it? Why is she even asking? I had sofa covers on my couches and she told me she would clean them, there were dust particles all over the cover and she did not wipe it, when I asked did you do it, she retaliated in an extremely haughty way. I would have forgotten or forgiven these minor things, but the attitude she was giving was terrible and I paid $330 dollars for 2.25 hours of service not to get crappy attitude!! I tried calling back to the company. They are not picking up my phone!! So that shows their professionalism. I'm not taking their service or recommending them ever again and tell my friends and family not to use their service!”
“For almost 2 weeks I’ve tried to give Molly Maid my business and money. They clearly aren’t interested. It started with my free in home estimate which was cancelled last minute. Ok, I understand that life happens. After leaving a couple of messages someone finally takes my call. I got the estimate via email. Great! Now I try to book an appointment, but after leaving 3 messages no one called me back. Finally today I spoke to someone only to find out that they can’t accommodate me for 3 weeks. Basically my experience proved that Molly Maid has horrible communication skills and isn’t adept at taking a message which includes my correct phone number. I ended up by asking the person I spoke to if she could recommend a cleaning service that actually wants my business and money; she laughed. I wasn’t joking!”

machine for changing door seal. Talked to them they said we have got the part and we come to sort it out. Service charge is £78. He came and didn’t do anything because he said I don’t have the part and still charged me for call out. I had conversation that if don’t have the part dont come in and waist your time. Gave sure that he can sort it out.
Unfortunately the NAC customer service is rubbish keep avoiding to answer what I need. The dont care whatever happens.

“My mom was looking for monthly cleanings for a one-level townhouse. They didn’t show up for the appraisal appointment, then said they would do it over the phone. Said they would charge $170 for the regular monthly cleaning, which is a bit expensive for the size of her home—but she was required to first have an “initial” cleaning that would cost her “somewhere between $350-$420.” If they had bothered to come for the free in-person appointment that they advertise, they would have seen that my mom’s home is very tidy and clean—certainly not worthy of a $400 cleaning. “I had a house renters moved out of it was very dirty. On the website says cleans fridge and stove BUT they only mean the outside you have REQUEST the inside to be done I paid over 800.00 they only vacuum carpets and I am not sure if they did anything to my hardwood floors, my tub is still nasty was told they cleaned air vents but they actually only dust. I took a towel and wiped out drawers and there was a lot of dirt on the towel I used. NOT HAPPY CALLED them and was told they will come back and dust the air vents again. And look at the cabinets I already removed the water bc I didn't want any water damage. I am so disappointed the amount they charged and no be a full complete clean... I would never use them again or recommend them.”

None of the furniture was cleaned, none of the counters- kitchen and bathrooms-they didnt vacuumed the area rugs or clean under the tables. I called and the woman told me they don't move furniture. “I moved in my home on 10/20/22, First, they never called to tell me they were in route, fortunately, I was home since I was constantly making runs. Second, I asked them to start in the family room and kitchen but they want to start up stairs… they were up there for 2 hours doing who knows what because they could NOT have possibly been cleaning. They charge me an addition fee to clean the stove and refrigerator they just wiped them down, there was still food crumbs and such in the frigid. There was hair left on the toilets and sinks, mildew still in the shower…I have wood floors they were dusty the money they charge is ridiculous for the results. “I had a horrible experience very disappointed will never use the service again they offered to send the gals back out to clean up what they missed ( of course on their schedule) I am not good at confrontations but really I'm supposed to follow the gals around you missed this and that, and that. How uncomfortable is that. What should happened is a free cleaning or refund some of the $358.00 I paid for 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom living kitchen utility room. I feel so stupid for being taken advantage of. I was also told that my expectations were not on the same playing field.. really cleaning is what I expected the list is so long. Neither bathroom had the trash bag emptied their were so many stains on the shelf in the bathroom all I did after they left was wipe it with a wet rag and it came clean the floors were still so dirty after they mopped the floors. They did do a nice job on some things but for a first time clean it was AWFUL. So so disappointed 😞”
