I had a horrible experience very disappointed will never use the service again they offered to send the gals back out to clean up what they missed ( of course on their schedule) I am not good at confrontations but really I'm supposed to follow the gals around you missed this and that, and that. How uncomfortable is that. What should happened is a free cleaning or refund some of the $358.00 I paid for 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bathroom living kitchen utility room. I feel so stupid for being taken advantage of. I was also told that my expectations were not on the same playing field.. really cleaning is what I expected the list is so long. Neither bathroom had the trash bag emptied their were so many stains on the shelf in the bathroom all I did after they left was wipe it with a wet rag and it came clean the floors were still so dirty after they mopped the floors. They did do a nice job on some things but for a first time clean it was AWFUL. So so disappointed 😞
