We specifically hired Molly Maid for a move-in clean and were charged over $600 for a job that was barely done. A move-in clean is supposed to be a deep, thorough service, and what we got was the opposite. The cleaners were at our house for a very short time, and it was immediately clear they hadn't done the job we paid for. They didn't even clean the floors in the basement, despite us explicitly requesting that all floors in the house be done. My roommate and I had to spend the following week cleaning what they were paid to do. When we contacted them to come back to finish the job, they insisted they would have to charge us again. After we realized it would be easier to just clean ourselves, we reached out to request a refund or even a partial discount for the incredibly poor service. They have completely ghosted us and have not responded to any of our messages. This was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.
