“The job was not completely done properly. Areas were missed comments made by staff disrespectful absolutely not worth the money that you’re spending being charged for jobs. That were not complete. Will definitely never use them again. I’m sorry that I did in the first place.”
“For the second time in a row, did not arrive within the time slot promised which created significant problems having to arrange for the dog and husbands hours. Never called to confirm or acknowledge they would be late. Very disappointing. The one time they did clean, they charged more than expected, although they did call to say they needed 45 more minutes.”
“Appointment was between 12:30 and 2;30, when I arrived at 12:35 they were already in my house and said that they had been there since 12:10. They then started at the upstairs rooms and worked their way down but after I put a cap of 3hrs on the clean they didn't get to any floors on the main floor or anything in the basement. I wasn't happy that the upstairs office and bedroom took them 2 hours (small 100 or old farmhouse) and they just ran out of time to do main level cleaning..What did 2 ladies do for 3hours?? The manager did have them return for a 1 hour "recleaning" but amazingly enough they quickly washed kitchen and entry floor in 35 minutes and then left..I was expecting 1 hour of cleaning but they drove away saying to call the office. Disappointed to say the least.”
“Some areas were done ok, other areas they were hired to do did not get done, at all. The knobs on the stove were put on in the wrong order, and I did the self clean on the oven the night before as requested, but the residue was not wiped up. Also, my Tineco floor cleaner was all clogged as I think she tried to use it on carpet when it is only for wood floors. Overall, dissatisfied ☹️”
“Poor service and overpriced. Refused to give a credit after 24 hour. I’m the owner of the house where the service was done. Tenant is the account holder but we had to pay. Realized the poor service by accident because electrician had to go into the house to change a fan.”
“I scheduled a month in advance to have my condo cleaned two days before Christmas. On the day of cleaning I waited and waited and finally called only to find out they somehow took me off the schedule. Unfortunately whoever is doing the scheduling needs to change the way they are doing it. Maybe a system update?”

“It was my fault for accepting the 120$ per hour fee. My expectations of how long it would take to clean about 1600 feet was incorrect...they spent nearly 6 hours doing what? I don't know. I took 17 pictures of filthy mirrors floors, banisters and vanities that were completely not done. 530 dollars more and I had to clean.”

“I hired Molly Maid for the first time to deep clean my kitchen and two bathrooms. The main part of the kitchen was done okay, but the floor at the corners of the refrigerator was still dirty. Also, the part of the kitchen where the table is was not even touched. There was debris under the table, so they didn't even vacuum let alone mop the floor. Tell me, how do you leave part of the kitchen dirty?? The shower doors in one bathroom were not cleaned. I would like to know Molly Maid's definition of a DEEP CLEAN. I will not be using this company again.”
“Well, I gave MM 2 stars because the first visit for a full cleaning went pretty well (not as good as my previous service but "good enough"). We decided to sign up for bi-weekly visits at $158 for 1hr 15 minutes and felt duped. Nothing other than the toilets and counters were done properly. The tile floors must have been washed only with water and none of the area rugs were vacuumed (still dog hair stuck on rather smooth surface). the area rugs on the tile floors were never moved to clean the floors which means they simply cleaned around them. Gross! No dusting under open furniture throughout the house and none of the shelves or surfaces seemed to be dusted (just looking at them on an angle convinced me of that). To there credit MM did come back and redo some of the problems but we had to wait 5 days for the visit.
Two weeks later a new team came and were even worse than the previous team; juice stains and food grit were stuck on the kitchen counters which tells me the counters were likely dusted but not cleaned with a proper cleaning agent. I could go on but you get my drift ....... "a promise made is supposed to be a promise kept" but apparently this is not part of the Molly Maid business model. It appears their model is based on "do a minimal job and if the customer complains we will come back". While they did offer to come back each time to correct the problem, we shouldn't have to be the quality agents who insure that their employees do what MM promises they will do. I don't get the sense that their business model includes hiring quality and well trained service providers, as well.
So, the rest of the story is we cancelled our service agreement (it felt like we were the only ones keeping our end of the bargain by paying their fee at the time of the visits), and we reluctantly cannot recommend this cleaning service to others. Too much risk of being disappointed and frustrated. We are going back to our original cleaning company which is $50 cheaper and 2 people working a full 2 hours each visit.”

“They've had 2 jobs clean 2 toilets. All disks and counters and thoroughly dust. One toilets never touched kn outside and hinges and kitchen sink counter only cleaned where there wasn't anything. Didn't move anything. Price too high they're only here little over hour then had to cone back & clean toilet they missed. Same toilet wasn't done first time they came either. I'm done.”

Agreed a fee of $195 for 1 & 1/2 hours to clean master bedroom, two bathrooms and kitchen.
At the end of the allotted time, I called MM to say that the kitchen had not been cleaned.
I agreed to pay another $45 for an extra half an hour.
Still the kitchen wasn't cleaned so I recorded a conversation with one of the girls via a (useless ) phone translation app. trying to tell her to stop cleaning picture frames and work on the kitchen.The response was " Mm Mm "
I'm a retired 78 year old living on Social Security, so the extra charge was an unpleasant surprise for me.
I was educated in England and learned French at school. ... wish it had been Spanish !!
Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.”
“I was told $250 for 2 hours. They went over 1/2 to 45 minutes and I was charged $440. That seems to be a little excessive.
They did a decent job but $440. Will never use your service again.”
“I was very disappointed. Our home is tiny 984 sq. ft. I have cleaned my own house for all my life, but with two small businesses I just wanted a break. Unfortunately I could have done what they did in the same amount of time and still gotten it cleaner. I had to sweep the kitchen floor and the baseboards looked like they did when they walked in. The kitchen was incomplete several surfaces uncleaned, top of fridge still dusty, windowsill ditto. This was supposed to be a "deep clean" I assure you it was not. I feel like I wasted my money and won't ask them back.”
