A previous experience with Molly Maid associates was so excellent that I hired the company to send representatives again today. Today was challenging. Both Molly Maid employees claimed they did not speak English. There was confusion about what they could and couldn’t do in a kitchen. They did not want to clean the oven. Everything was stalling. Then I was told I needed to pay for the time they worked and the time they got instructions. That was a significant problem because instructions had to be done by someone in the office through a telephone call, and then my intermediate instructions took a long time. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not call on Molly Maid again.
