Called Molly maid on a Friday to schedule cleaning for the following Wednesday afternoon. Found them on Google that said they service our area/ zip code Set up the apt. Had a reminder sent on Sunday that someone would be at our home after 12 pm Wednesday. Received a call Tuesday saying unfortunately our area is not in their range and they would have to drive 1 1/2 hours to get to our home and cancelled. I called back after looking it up again and it said indeed we were in their area She said we were still on the schedule and doesn’t know who called us but they would be here. Stated they have 2 offices and had scheduled thru the wrong office which is in Franklin co. but would fix this. She then said she would ck with the management for me to hold on to the call Came back on the phone saying they do cover our area but it’s not on their route????? They have an office 30 minutes away in Chattanooga so totally confused. Never calling them again.
