“Team 11 Tatiana & David did a great job (not perfect that's why only 4 stars.....for now). It was a post construction deep clean and for the time allotted they got more accomplished than expected (lots of very dusty blinds). I am pleased and look forward to working with Team 11 on a regular basis, communication was good and both are friendly & kind. Since this is the 1st time I've ever used a service I was apprehensive, I'm relieved I wasn't disappointed.

“Team 3 Blanca and Patricia are quick and efficient. I have used Molly Maid for the last 6 months and Team 3 does a really good job. I trust them in my home. Team 3 is a good team. Scheduling and time can be exhausting I suggest you schedule nothing on that day. I am never sure when they will arrive. Scheduling could be improved. Team 3 is the best. Thanks to Blanca and Patricia they do their best.”
“I have used Molly Maid service for over 10 years. The service is dependable, bonded and a team of 2 or 3 to clean. They come with equipments and products to complete the job, however, will use a product of your choice if asked to and you provide it.”
“The ladies were very kind, professional and pleasant. However, I had to remop my hardwood floors downstairs. They did forget to mop the living room. They cleaned the baseboards and window sills very well. I guess next time I need to be more specific. Upstairs, the only thing cleaned was the master bath. They were here for 4 hours and at $120 per hour it had to end. I hope next time I can get a bit more done. Haven’t checked my oven or microwave yet. Hope it’s done. I will use Molly maids again. Just being more specific to my needs I suppose.”

BUT, I cannot get management to take seriously my repeated complaint. They unplug things, lamps, alarm clocks, electronics with stored programs.
There is a simple solution. Have notes for each client and have a policy that employees must read notes.
Instead of the good feelings of a clean house and often a pleasant interaction, I often feel the annoyance that my complaint has yet again been ignored”
“I've been with Molly Maid several years and have had mixed experiences, some good some not so good. However, this new management seems to be much more focused on what matters, good customer service! Today for the first time, I received a quality check from Ms. Debra and that was nice, but before she even showed up to check the cleaning ladies Kalya & Jade where doing a great job and they were kind and respectful. They left my home clean and comfy. Thank you, and I hope to continue to get great service in the future!”

“I had Molly Maids for @10 years & different teams. I was happy w/ most of the teams that clean my place, until the last team, Team 4, Lupe & Sara. All the previous MM teams cleaned my place for almost 1 ½ hours (I live in a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo) With this last team, whenever they come, they only work less than 45 minutes! Recently, I did a FULL clean MYSELF to see what NOT is getting clean well. WHAT I SAW, I was VERY UPSET! Just a few examples: The INSIDE OF THE TOILET & around the toilet were not clean hardly at ALL! The KITTY CONDO was never got clean, so I was always doing it MYSELF! The floors used to get mopped by MM until this last team. If they ever DID mop anything, it was only @¼ mopped! (½ as...ed!) Any small garbage cans used to get wiped down until this last Team 4. They just take out the little garbage can bag, but leaves all the dust inside the little cans. Last time Lupe & Sara, Team 4 did not sweep or vacuum the front door mat or the work-out mats or the kitty's floor mats by his food & water. (The other MM people DID all that because they all stayed TWICE AS LONG as THIS last team I have been having. I feel my husband & got screwed w/this last team. I feel Vinny Kane & I, Elizabeth Stuckel should get a ½ discount for all the times' Team 4, Lupe & Sara, did our place, since they were here only ½ as long as all the previous Molly Maids. I am SAD that Vinny & I gat scammed a little.”

We're hosting a Christmas party on the 19th of December and needed my home spic and span. I was lucky to have Ashley and Brandie on the job.
