I love the job the maids do
BUT, I cannot get management to take seriously my repeated complaint. They unplug things, lamps, alarm clocks, electronics with stored programs.
There is a simple solution. Have notes for each client and have a policy that employees must read notes.
Instead of the good feelings of a clean house and often a pleasant interaction, I often feel the annoyance that my complaint has yet again been ignored
