I've been with Molly Maid several years and have had mixed experiences, some good some not so good. However, this new management seems to be much more focused on what matters, good customer service! Today for the first time, I received a quality check from Ms. Debra and that was nice, but before she even showed up to check the cleaning ladies Kalya & Jade where doing a great job and they were kind and respectful. They left my home clean and comfy. Thank you, and I hope to continue to get great service in the future!
