My name is Valerie Arredondo, I set up this appointment approx 3 weeks ago, to have my house cleaned today, 7/1, my appointment time was 2pm to 4pm, at 3:55pm I called MM because no 1 had arrived yet? I was told they would be here at 4pm. I waited till 4:47pm, and still no one showed up, no phone call? I called MM 1 more time and was given the run around, no one was able to answer my question, no one knew who was coming, if they were on their way?? Very unhappy and disappointed with Molly Maid, you best believe I will never use your services again and I will be sure to let family, friends, co-workers, yelp and google know how unprofessional your business is.
