I have been using Molly Maids for about 2 years and have had a few complains about the cleaning so communicated through the Ellis county office and they switched up the teams. I had an issue and called to let them know they were not moving my lamps and I found a pile of dust under them… after they came out and cleaned they called to cancel my service with me that the cleaning ladies didn’t feel they could clean the way I wanted them too… I was very surprised and very disappointed that a company like this can not have conversations with employees about doing the right thing and cleaning as they were hired to do..
