My father and I are extremely happy with the performance of your crews esp having Alondra's team back. This is is absolutely no reflection on our inhome help in anyway shape or form. I'm 60 and love to rediscover the Spanish I learned in high school. We generally tip and give gifts because we care. These ladies are important to our way of life and I know I show respect. I have had enough of the response I have gotten from your office, tho. If I make a decision to terminate our contract, it will be for that reason ONLY! I took the time to explain to our teamleader, Alondra. I don't appreciate individuals who literally end up making me feel like the guilty party. I consistently heard "making sure the employees are paid fairly" which I totally agree with but your office employees are paid to take to care of that not me. I can't be expected to be responsible for your oversight. In addition, I requested a copy of our contract and probably would of settled for the most current work order. Not only did I get neither but I didn't even get a courtesy call Beyond annoyed with your office staff. Not the employees who do the real work. This business is welcome to placate me because I remain openminded. I am sceptical that if the company feels the need to treat a client this way I sincerely wonder truly how you treat your employees Been with this company for what.. over 10yrs?!
