I just called to speak to a representative about the services their company provides and to schedule cleaning services at my home in Bethesda, MD. The individual I spoke to hung up on me. I tried calling back thinking we had a bad connection, but no one answered the phone. If that's the customer this company provides then I'm happy I didn't hire them.
