I have always had the maids do an excellent job. Very professional. The scheduling has always been a problem, however. My opinion is that they are overbooked and understaffed and, for that reason, will do a "no show" at times. TODAY is one of those days, "no show, no telephone call, no email message" They don't care about their customers if they have others "standing in line". My friends have had the same problem, but this was a first time for me.
